From there, there are opportunities to ride a bike (Aller bike path, Weser bike path). There is also a swimming pool/outdoor pool, a climbing forest, Magicpark.

The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.

The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
