Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit am Lago Maggiore – trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters! Fast durchgehend Regen hielt uns nicht davon ab, den Aufenthalt in Monicas traumhafter Wohnung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Die Unterkunft bietet echten Luxus und Komfort: Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet (inklusive Entsafter, Wok, kleinen Olivenschälchen und vielem mehr), sodass wir das schlechte Wetter ideal nutzen konnten, um ausgiebig zu kochen. Besonders schön war es auch, gemütlich vor dem Kamin zu lesen oder auf dem Balkon am Innenhof den Regen zu beobachten. Cannobio ist eine charmante kleine Stadt – der Wochenmarkt am Sonntag und Donnerstag ist absolut empfehlenswert! Monica war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin: unglaublich freundlich, offen und stets hilfsbereit. Unsere kulinarische Empfehlung: Oggi Pasta & Trattoria Cannobio (zwar etwas teurer, aber wirklich köstlich)! Better than the photos! Perfect location to stroll down to the lido, enjoy the views from the hot tub, and have a home made dinner / BBQ with the view too. Great space inside and excellent amenities - mosquito/insect blinds on all the windows so you can happily leave the doors open all day. Would highly recommend!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben eine wunderbare Woche in einer luxuriösen Wohnung in traumhafter Lage direkt am See verbracht. Die Gastgeberfamilie war überaus freundlich, hat uns mit viel Privatsphäre begegnet und wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Besonders der Empfang durch Ruth war sehr angenehm – sie hat uns gleich mit allen wichtigen Informationen, wie der elektronischen Toröffnung, vertraut gemacht. Die Wohnung selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen: stilvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und dank Cheminée auch an Regentagen herrlich gemütlich. Der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight – wir können uns gut vorstellen, wie schön es hier im Sommer zum Baden sein muss. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Eine aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft in besonderer Lage mit ebenso besonderen Gastgebern. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Woche!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Tolles Rezeptions-Team. Eigener Parkplatz. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Zuerst muss ich die Kommunikation mit Yvonne sehr positiv hervorheben. Auf Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet und immer hilfsbereit. Ausstattung an Geräten wie zu Hause, alles da. Geschirr , Besteck und Gläser mehr als ausreichend vorhanden . Was das Highlight ist , der grandiose Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore beim Frühstück oder ein Glas Wein am Abend. Zur Ufer Promenade nach Belgirate mit dem Auto sind es fünf Minuten.. Zu Fuß zum Ort sind es ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten. Zum hoch laufen sind es 20 bis 30 Minuten. Wer es etwas ruhiger haben möchte ist genau hier richtig. Immer wieder gerne. Grüssle Thomas

Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer Madame Luisa, mais elle a tout fait pour que notre arrivée soit facile et elle a continué à s'informer de notre bien-être pendant notre séjour. Elle s'est montrée d'une grande disponibilité et d'une grande gentillesse. L'appartement était impeccable, joli, fonctionnel et idéalement situé. Je recommande sans hésiter.

We stayed 7 nights and loved everything. The apartment is right on Piazza Motta where there were cafes, resturants and incredible people watching. Philippa was a perfect host. Helped with instructions to the the apartment from the train station and helped order a taxi when we checked out. There is a wonderful manual in the apartment that has all information, great hikes in the area, things to do, day trips and much more. There are cafes and resturants right below the apartment to have morning coffee and an afternoon Apertie. We loved how peaceful our time was at Lake Orta. Highly recommend. Michelle & Brian

Omg! The Location is unbelievable! You step down onto your terrace, that is a lookout (hundreds years old tower) over the lake. Looking West at the sunset. Unbelievable! This location is 5 stars! The house is equipped for big parties and young people of all ages with children maybe, so much fun! Beach entrance right there. For my 82 year old parents it was challenging because The mattresses in the master bedroom are very firm, as is common for Italy. And the seating around the amazing dinner table is very hard and spartan. I would be back anytime! But not with older travelers, that are used to cushioned comfort! Maria, Giulia and Alessio, you are the best! What a heavenly place! Thank you so much for making this available to travelers. This is an Italian experience at its best!

Perfekte Lage, schönes und sauberes Apartment. Der kleine Balkon und vor allem die kleine, abgeschlossene Einzel-Garage für unsere Motorräder waren nochmal extra Pluspunkte. Die Kommunikation mit Edoardo war sehr gut und völlig problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leo war ein feiner Gastgeber, der uns einen tollen Service geboten hat. Das alte Tessinerhaus ist romantisch und die Sicht auf den See von allen Fenstern ist herrlich. Für 8 ist es etwas eng, ideal für 6 Leute. Wir schätzten besonders, dass man wunderbar mit ÖV reisen kann. Schiff, Bus und Zug sind ganz in der Nähe. Der kleine Laden in der Nähe bietet alles für den täglichen Gebrauch.

The location of this house is incredible. Steps from the town square and the lake front. The small balcony is the perfect place for a morning coffee and a glimpse of the water. The house itself is clean and simple. No grocery staples and the nearest grocer is a twenty minute walk, so come prepared, but many lovely restaurants just steps from the house. We wished we had beach towels or blanket to enjoy the small beaches. Davide was friendly and always responsive. Porto Ceresio is a friendly and lovely town .

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

This 400-year-old lakeside house is a true step back in time, offering breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore. Spacious, impeccably clean, and full of charm, it fully lived up to expectations. The patio, right on the water, was an absolute highlight - we spent hours soaking in the stunning lake view, watching the distant lights of surrounding communities shimmer at night while sipping wine. Ambra is an exceptional host, providing detailed and timely guidance on the island, ferry schedules, free parking, and dining options. Despite our delayed arrival due to traffic, she graciously waited on the island to personally welcome us. The island itself is small yet enchanting, with plenty of restaurants and an ideal location for visiting the magnificent palaces and gardens of Isola Bella and Isola Madre. After the final ferry departs at 7 p.m., it feels as though you have the island entirely to yourself - a truly enjoyable experience.

Deze plek is zeker een aanrader. Het huis is zeer smaakvol, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host Denise en haar man zijn supervriendelijk. We kregen een zeer warm welkom en we hebben veel tips van ze gekregen voor activiteiten in de omgeving. De tuin is ook heerlijk. We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de tafeltennistafel. Kortom: een toplocatie.

El alojamiento era de ensueño. Con vistas al lago , que estaba al pie de la casa. Te sentias como en casa, ya que tenia cualquier cosa que pudieras necesitar. Dos terrazas, dos baños, tres alturas. La mas alta con balcon y vistas al lago. No podriamos haber estado mejor. Preciosos muebles de madera de época, que guardaban su olor antiguo y seguro que su historia.

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. We had a great stay at Maria’s place in Laveno. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and centrally located - perfect for exploring the local area on foot or for catching a ferry to explore more of the lake. Maria was a very kind and conscientious host. She supplied us with some great local recommendations and was always happy to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lake Maggiore!

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Ideal für einen Bade und Wanderurlaub am Luganer See. Tolle Lage in angenehmen Ort ohne Trubel.

Wir haben 7 wunderbare Wochen in Simones Unterkunft verbracht. Wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Simone war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den See, tolle Restaurants und Cafés. Man kann zu Fuß die Umgebung erkunden oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto in benachbarte Orte fahren. Wir waren mit einem Baby vor Ort, auch das hat in der Unterkunft wunderbar funktioniert. Es gibt zwar einen Aufzug, aber der ist sehr klein. Daher kann man den Kinderwagen entweder zusammengeklappt im Flur stehen lassen (oder die paar Treppenstufen rauftragen und in der Wohnung platzieren). Top: moderne Ausstattung, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine für Notfälle, viele und große Schränke, in denen man alles super verstauen kann und so die kleine Größe der Wohnung vollumfänglich nutzen kann. Die Lage ist wirklich super! Wenn man wie wir Schwierigkeiten mit der Garage hat (Mercedes B Klasse zum Verhältnis der engen Garage war problematisch), gibt es einige kostenlose Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alessandro und seine Frau waren sehr nette Gastgeber.

die perfekte Unterkunft mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick auf den See. Es fehlt einem absolut an nichts in der Unterkunft. Yann ist sehr sehr freundlich und wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. die Wohnung war sehr sauber und man hat bei der Einrichtung die Liebe zum Detail spüren können. Wenn wir wieder an den Lago Maggiore fahren werden, dann werden wir definitiv wieder diese Wohnung von Yann buchen
