Waterfront vacation rentals in Verbania

It was a really beautiful place right next to the Lake. Giulia have us great recommendations and Always answered really quickly. There ia a Restaurant right under it, but it was Always pretty quiet anyway.

We had a wonderful time at Lake Maggiore – despite the mixed weather! Almost continuous rain did not stop us from fully enjoying the stay in Monica's fantastic apartment. The accommodation offers real luxury and comfort: The kitchen is perfectly equipped (including juicer, wok, small olive bowls and much more), so we could make ideal use of the bad weather to cook extensively. It was also particularly nice to read comfortably in front of the fireplace or to watch the rain on the balcony in the courtyard. Cannobio is a charming little town – the weekly market on Sunday and Thursday is highly recommended! Monica was an excellent host: incredibly friendly, open and always helpful. Our culinary recommendation: Oggi Pasta & Trattoria Cannobio (a bit more expensive, but really delicious)! We will definitely be back in the summer, looking forward to a hike to Monte Giove and a boat tour

You immediately feel comfortable, the beds were comfortable and the apartment very clean. The location is very quiet and the view was enchanting, especially the morning sun on the lake. Would book this Airbnb again in a heartbeat!

First, I have to emphasize the communication with Yvonne very positively. Responded to questions very quickly and always helpful. Amenities of appliances like at home, all there. There are more than enough dishes , silverware and glasses available . What is the highlight, the magnificent view of Lake Maggiore at breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The shore promenade to Belgirate by car is five minutes away. It's about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the village. It is 20 to 30 minutes to walk up. If you want it a little quieter, this is the place. Very fast and helpful communication between the host. The property was exactly as described and in a perfect location to explore Lugano and towns around the lake. Would go again.

We stayed 7 nights and loved everything. The apartment is right on Piazza Motta where there were cafes, resturants and incredible people watching. Philippa was a perfect host. Helped with instructions to the the apartment from the train station and helped order a taxi when we checked out. There is a wonderful manual in the apartment that has all information, great hikes in the area, things to do, day trips and much more. There are cafes and resturants right below the apartment to have morning coffee and an afternoon Apertie. We loved how peaceful our time was at Lake Orta. Highly recommend. Michelle & Brian

they were very kind and always available at any time. we really enjoyed the apartment, nice, clean and tidy as in the photos, the area with beautiful lake view with the train station 50 meters away, the coop, the laundromat in front. highly recommended ❤️

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

Perfect location, beautiful and clean apartment. The small balcony and especially the small, enclosed single garage for our motorcycles were again extra plus points. The Communication with Edoardo was very good and completely hassle-free. We will be happy to come back.

Unique house with stunning views and great character

The location of this house is incredible. Steps from the town square and the lake front. The small balcony is the perfect place for a morning coffee and a glimpse of the water. The house itself is clean and simple. No grocery staples and the nearest grocer is a twenty minute walk, so come prepared, but many lovely restaurants just steps from the house. We wished we had beach towels or blanket to enjoy the small beaches. Davide was friendly and always responsive. Porto Ceresio is a friendly and lovely town .

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

This place is definitely recommended. The house is very tasteful, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The host Denise and her husband are super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We gratefully took advantage of the table tennis table. In short: a top location.

We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

Delia was a fantastic host, always available for information and suggestions. The accommodation matches the photos, very clean and comfortable, we needed something on the ground floor given my mother's mobility difficulties. Lots of parking in the area, I've never had any problems. Highly recommended.

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Cozy and spacious apartment in a great location. Friendly and caring host. The best way to find the place by car is at the restaurant mentioned in the instructions. The address of the apartment was a little in the small streets. Overall, I can recommend!

We had a great stay at Maria’s place in Laveno. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and centrally located - perfect for exploring the local area on foot or for catching a ferry to explore more of the lake. Maria was a very kind and conscientious host. She supplied us with some great local recommendations and was always happy to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lake Maggiore!

Very nice and well equipped apartment. Ideal for a swimming and hiking holiday on Lake Lugano. Great location in a pleasant place without hustle and bustle.

We spent 7 wonderful weeks at Simone's place. We felt right at home and highly recommend the apartment. Simone was always available and helpful.

The property is very centrally located. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the lake, great restaurants and cafes. You can explore the surroundings on foot or drive to neighboring towns in a few minutes. We were on site with a baby, that also worked wonderfully in the accommodation. There is an elevator, but it is very small. Therefore, you can either leave the stroller folded in the hallway (or carry it up the few steps and place it in the apartment). Top: modern amenities, air conditioning, washing machine for emergencies, many and large closets, in which you can store everything super and thus fully use the small size of the apartment. The location is really great! If you have difficulties with the garage like we did (Mercedes B class in relation to the narrow garage was problematic), there are some free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Alessandro and his wife were very nice hosts.

An absolutely wonderful host!

The apartment (consisting of two rooms, a bathroom, and a small hallway) is cozy and very functional. It is tastefully furnished, very well equipped and above all very clean.
