What a beautiful stay in a perfect location in Mergozzo. The view is absolutely stunning. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of room for us. Laura was an excellent host with great communication. Would highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. The appartment is perfect - it has everything you need and the view from the balcony is truly stunning! The living-room, bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen were spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a 2 week-stay. The location in Verbania couldn't have been any better. Just a few minutes walk to the next swimming spot by the lake. About 30 min walk or 5 min drive to the nearest supermarket. Central, yet far enough away from the busy spots :) Anna and her cousin were very kind and thoughtful - we stayed in touch before arriving and throughout the stay as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

The place is like a dream, and Martin was very nice and helpful. The house is very well stocked, the views are amazing, the house design is genius — every room overlooks the lake. We will definitely be visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and modern home just minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport. The house is not only stylish and spotless but also incredibly smart—everything from the lights to the music is controlled by Alexa, which made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The location was perfect for our travel plans—very close to the airport yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth throughout. If you’re looking for a comfortable, high-tech place to stay near Malpensa, this is it. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. Very quiet setting and amazing views. A lot to do close by and easy to get around this part of Italy. Ruth was very communicative and responded right away to any questions. I would definetly recommend this place for families. Thank you so much.

Valori‘s home was a perfect weekend getaway for our family (inc. a dog, who loved the fully fenced yard to run around in, and our son, who loved using the garden hose to fill up his super soaker to get us wet):) We spent most of our time on the front porch, which was a great spot to enjoy meals and board games. The place is very peaceful, and the house has a lot of historic charm. We would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

The highlight of this special place is the garden. After a busy day walking and exploring it was a joy to get back there. The view is second to none. We enjoyed every meal on the outside patio overlooking the lake and mountains.

Wir hatten einen Traum-Urlaub, Anika & Leif waren & sind super liebe Menschen, die Kommunikation hat perfekt geklappt und wir wurden sehr herzlich von Leif empfangen und rumgeführt. ☺️ Die Unterkunft an sich, hat den schönsten Ausblick, den man sich vorstellen kann! Sie ist wirklich ein Diamant 💎 Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten vor Ort im Häusschen & sogar Supermärkte oder einen Markt, am Samstag, direkt um die Ecke. Danke für die wundervolle Gastfreundschaft 😌 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 🦋

We stayed as four couples so had the whole house to ourselves great each having en-suite bathrooms and one to spare ,nice communal area ,kitchen was ok but we hardly cooked in ,great location for the lake and the railway station.Patrizia was very attentive and any problem we had she sorted straight away.Stresa is a beautiful place lots of lovely bars and restaurants and the lake is stunning. We done the scenic train to Locarno and then ascona which was stunning and the ferry back to stresa , we have all fell in love with the Italian lakes.

The house was beautiful with an incredible view. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for a large group, plenty of options and the beds were comfortable. The host was a great communicator and answered questions quickly. I’d stay here again but next time I would rent a car if staying here. It’s within walking distance to downtown Baveno but only issue is if you want to go anywhere else taxi / Ubers are extremely difficult and expensive to come by.

Close to everything you need but removed enough that you can relax and enjoy postcard views. Lovely home!

The house and garden are an amazing place to stay. The views over the lake and the expansive and gorgeous garden and pool area are good to relax and chill and enjoy the Italian weather. The house is well maintained and I also really liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. We had a good time cooking and BBQing. There are lots om fun games in the house as well (pingpong, fussbal, etc) Andrea was a fantastic, kind and flexible host who communicated really well during the entire process. I would love to go back to this house!

We had a fabulous 5 night stay in this beautiful house. The views from the terrace’s & balconies over Lake Maggiore were sublime. The kitchen was superbly kitted out, allowing us cook meals. The pool & pool house are the knock-out parts to this lovely house. One cool addition was the car turntable at the bottom of the drive. The restaurants in Suna are a 20min downhill walk. Very pretty village on the lake. Pallanza was gorgeous… Highly recommend a stay here! We celebrated two birthdays whilst we were here. A trip filled with lots of special memories.

The house is wonderful. The views of the lake are exactly those shown on the website Weather too cool to use the pool, but it was very clean and inviting. You will need a car, but roads are well marked and Stressa is about a 10 minute drive. There were six of us in our party with plenty of room for everyone. All of the bedrooms has their own bathrooms with an extra bathroom on the ground floor. We have rented many properties, but this one is among the best!!! We will be recommending it to anyone who asks where they should stay in the area The owner also has a winery about 30 min away and well worth the drive

Maison magnifique au calme sur les hauteurs du Lac Majeur. Rénovation exceptionnelle mêlant mise en valeur du patrimoine ancien et standard de confort moderne, la maison est très agréable à vivre, notamment avec des enfants en bas âge. Terrasse avec vue splendide sur le Lac. À proximité de nombreux sites d’intérêt dans une région envoûtante. Communication excellente avec Megan et Tomas.

Very nice place for a vacation, great pool and well equipped kitchen areas. A lot of rooms and beds and good space in the garage. Great communication from the host and helpful with everything.

Wir haben nach Ostern ein Woche in der Villa verbracht und hatten tolles Wetter! Die Kinder sind täglich in den beheizten Pool gehüpft während wir gemütlich unseren Café und vor allem die fantastische Aussicht geniessen konnten. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre und fühlt sich sehr schnell wohl. Frau Bannwart, die das Haus verwaltet, gab uns zu Beginn gleich ein paar gute Restaurants Tipps und bei Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar. Wir können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft. Die Ausstattung ist sehr großzügig, von allem war mehr als genug da. Der Pool war sehr sauber und hat seinen Job getan. Sowohl drinnen als auch draußen konnte man sehr gut sitzen. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung für diese Villa.

But what truly made the stay special were our wonderful hosts: Scott and Anette were incredibly kind, always available, and genuinely helpful at any time. The price-performance ratio was perfect, and there's no doubt – we wouldn’t just come back, we will come back! Schöne Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Kommunikation. Wir waren zu fünft mit Baby dort - es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Mit mehr als 7 Personen stelle ich mir das Haus etwas beengt vor, vor allem, da es nur zwei Badezimmer gibt. Der Garten ist toll, weil er für Kind und Hund im Sommer viel Schatten und durch den Zaun Sicherheit bietet.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, der perfekt eingezäunte Garten, war ein Traum mit Kindern und Hund. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar

We searched for an Italian experience away from major tourist spots (i.e. Rome, Florence, Venice) and found it with this villa in Bee, Italy. The villa offers a quiet, peaceful, spacious atmosphere in a traditional Italian setting. The home atmosphere is turn of the century residence upgraded with modern amenities. The villa offers a full service kitchen adequate for large dinners. We contracted with two different local chefs who offered a cooking class and dinner for our group at the villa. Both were able to complete the event using the kitchen equipment and utensils. Within a short walk is a small grocery store, post office, Catholic church, and pharmacy. The location is well located to pools, golf courses, and multiple restaurants, as well as daily trips to Stresa, Milan, and Switzerland. Gerry was very responsive to our needs and requests. The villa is a good fit for our group with a mixture of adults and children. We look forward to returning to the area in the future.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum. Der Garten mit direktem Seeblick ist wunderschön. Man kann sich sowohl im Pool als auch direkt im See abkühlen. Die Straße ist etwas laut aber das macht die Aussicht wieder wett. Kann ich jeder Familie empfehlen ! Franca war sehr hilfreich und hat uns sogar mit einer Flasche Sekt, Aperol und selbst gebackener Pizza und Brot begrüßt. Linda von nebenan ist auch sehr hilfsbereit und super zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :) Vielen Dank für alles !

..non è un caso se questa location merita il massimo sotto ogni punto di vista..!!..davvero una bellissima villa storica..dove soggiornare in assoluta tranquillità..coccolati da Simion in ovni dettaglio..!!..ottima proporzione qualità/prezzo..vicinissima ai laghi..è davvero il luogo ideale dove soggiornare per una splendida vacanza..BRAVIII..!!!
