The cabin contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a lean-to you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way up to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Simple older cabin, fully equipped. 10/15 min drive to Kristiansand city center, 10 min to Golf Club, 15 min to Zoo and shopping center, 15 min to Aquarama (Water park) and it is about 1.5 km from the lake (Justvik marina). The cabin is located in a peaceful area near Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and barbecue area. Great hiking area. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cabin (open until 11 pm Mon-Sat).

Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Steep path - good winter tyres required in ice/snow.Ideal for two people with a sense of view: the entire ground floor of our house in Kristiansand is a flat with a large integrated living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom. From the dining table, the large double bed and the terrace, you have a wide view over the fjord with its archipelago, lighthouses, and ships sailing in and out. The centre of Kristiansand is just as close as the rocky coast or the forest.

The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.
