The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, half an hour from Sørlandsparken and Kristiansand Zoo by car. Bus to Kristiansand leaves from Vennesla station (about 5 min walking distance) 2 times an hour during the day and takes about 20 minutes. It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Walking distance to the salmon-bearing part of the river Otra.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. It includes a lovely garden and a patio where you can enjoy the sun from 10 am to 10:30 pm throughout the summer. There is space for two cars on the property. You have 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed. It takes 17 minutes to drive to the Zoo, 5 minutes to the city center.
