New house in the middle of the zoo and the city center. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + WC room and laundry room. Several patios. High standard with large open kitchen and difficult airy living room. All bedrooms have double beds, so there are sleeping places for 10 people. 2 bedrooms are furnished as a children's room, but have pull-out double beds Absolutely unique location at the heart of the cul-de-sac close to the sea. 5 min walk to the nearest beach, 2 min to Padelbane. Walking distance to several cozy swimming areas. Popular Trollstien just outside the door.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

Large parking space by the house. 25 minutes to Kristiansand city center with Aquarama, the city beach, the art silo, Kilden, the harbor where Color Line departs and the fishing pier. No smoking or parties.

New log house with stunning sea views

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

A serene outdoor space is highlighted by a wooden deck overlooking a tranquil body of water. Several trees frame the scene, while soft colors from the setting sun illuminate the landscape. A seating area and a potted plant add subtle touches to the inviting environment.

5 minutter fra Dyreparken og Hamresanden (strand) . Plass til 6-9 personer ved bruk av reiseseng/ekstra madrasser til barn. Perfekt for 2 barnefamilier som vil til Sørlandet på tur. Enebolig med innegjerdet hage, tre soverom, bad, vaskerom (med ekstra dusj/do), kjøkken og stue. Hagen er fylt med lekestue, huskestativ, sandkasse og utemøbler på platting og spisebord på terrasse i 2.etg. 5 min til Dyreparken og strand. Ingen dyr eller røyking tillatt.
