We stayed for almost a month on business trips Perfect from start to finish

We had a lovely stay with family at this apartment. The accommodation perfectly matched what was offered. The location was interesting because all the necessary shops are within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. Only small concerns about the use of the toilet which was very cramped.

Great stay for a first time in Lyon. The accommodation is well arranged, clean, quiet and the best part is its small garden out of sight. Well located, it is close to the tram and metro station taking you in less than 15 minutes to Place Bellecour and all the points to visit in Lyon. The visit to the 8th arrondissement is also worth it with beautiful streets, beautiful shop windows and good restaurants recommended by Adeline, such as the Maison Marguerite Bocuse 10 min walk with a very surprising value for money for a gastro. The visit to the Musée des Frères Lumières will also be a trip with breathtaking architecture. No car needed to do everything from this place. Otherwise, parking is easy and free. Accommodation is as described and Halimatou is very responsive. Tram and Metro 2' walk, which allows access to downtown Lyon in 30', avoiding traffic jams and the high cost of parking. I recommend it.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Guillaume's, and it's always a real pleasure. Guillaume is always so welcoming and accommodating. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, in a warm atmosphere where you can immediately feel at home. The location is ideal, close to a bus stop and with parking. Spacious, quiet and well-equipped apartment. Very happy with my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Guillaume's home. We felt very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated, the kitchen is well equipped thankyou Guillaume for the coffee. The bathroom is large with a great shower. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a lift, being on the 5th floor gives great views out to the park and trees. There are supermarkets close by, plenty of restaurants, and a great local bar recommend by Guillaume that we enjoyed. The apartment is a 30 minute walk to the centre, is well serviced by metro and trams. This is our first experience staying in someone's home rather than a commercial rent. It was a good experience and is really in the true spirit of what Airbnb started as.

Second stay in this apartment and everything was perfect again, the independent entrance, the private and secure parking space at the foot of the accommodation is always very convenient. The place is peaceful and cozy and above all very well equipped. The cleanliness is impeccable. The hygiene products, coffee, tea, and jams available are a very nice plus. The decor is flawless and the bedding perfect as is the responsiveness of the hosts. See you soon for a new stay!

Honestly, nothing to complain about, everything went really well. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and it quickly feels like home. A great apartment in a great location! We felt right at home at Xavier’s place and enjoyed easy access to restaurants and cafes.

Spacious apartment as shown in the photos. When I arrived I did not find the keys in the secure box. The host was very responsive and sent someone on site with duplicates. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and I recommend it without so much as a second thought. The little extra is the secure private parking space. i would definitely be back.

We have traveled all over the world & stayed in many AIRBNB’s . This one is rhetorical best ever . Large beautifully decorated & designed . Fantastic amenities great neighborhood to all local destinations and sites ! The hosts had a book explaining where things were and how to go ! Perfect , Perfect . Don’t miss on the best of the best . Our stay at Linda's went very well, we came across a very welcoming and helpful person, you can go there without so much as a second thought.

I had the best time at Marlène’s appartement. Very clear instructions on how to access the appartement and close to the the alliance française. I felt very safe walking through the neighborhood and everyone was very kind and friendly. Lots of local restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect place for me to continue my French studies. Merci beaucoup Marlène!

Great, everything was in line with the listing, even the opinions of previous tenants were taken into account, 2 sets of towels, 4 coffee pods, frankly nothing to say, it's really classy, I recommend it 100%!

Absolutely loved our stay — the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bed was cozy, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was well-equipped for light meals. The neighborhood was quiet but well-located, with easy access to public transportation and great local bakeries. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and welcoming throughout. We’d definitely stay here again — five stars all around!

Clément was a great, responsive host and the apartment itself was a wonderful base of operations for our visit to the greater Lyon area. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals at home, but you have the option to enjoy a wide variety of cuisines within 10 minutes walking distance. To sum up it’s a convenient location with good access to transportation and supplies. The neighborhood has a youthful feel to it, and we felt safe at all times. I would like to add that the beds, linens and towels were all of high-quality, and the water pressure was great!

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram...). Quiet residence and great, easy-to-use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very friendly host.
