Fall asleep on a deck lounger to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves reaching the shore. Sleeps 4 with a King bedroom and a second Queen bedroom. A full sized kitchen, bathroom and cozy interior lounge room compliment the expansive all hardwood Ocean Front Deck putting you directly in the gorgeous Pacific Blue Ocean for your Classic Malibu Getaway. Ocean Front Beach home on a private beach in Malibu California. A two story duplex, private home and yard on the ocean. Only the upstairs unit is for rent and is completely separate from the lower unit. This upstairs unit has an oversized deck with comfortable lounge and dining furniture, accompanied by the amazing view of the ocean. On the ocean level is a communal pathway which leads to a private beach with no public access. This gives you private beach walks as well as private surf in your backyard. There is an outdoor hot water shower, BBQ and the full use of kayaks, paddle boards and surfboards come with the rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd Guest Bedroom has a queen bed. There is a single mattress under the queen bed for kids or an extra guest. In the bathroom is a shower/bath, with laundry facilities included. The home has heating for the winter evenings and new over-sized window/door opening to the deck to let in that ocean breeze on those warm summer days. Also, the kitchen is completely furnished with all stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. The home is situated 15 minutes away from Santa Monica and 3rd Street Promenade. Only 20 minutes from Venice Beach. A short walk down the street leads you to the ocean front Hawaiian restaurant/bar Dukes, with a 5 minute drive to the town of Malibu there are more restaurants, retail and grocery stores. The world famous 'Surfrider' beach is only 5 minutes away, as well as the Malibu Pier. Endless beautiful canyon drives and hikes are minutes away up Las Flores Scenic Canyon. Private surf and stand-up paddle board lessons for all ages are available out of this beautiful Malibu Ocean Front home as well as private massage and yoga on your ocean front deck. Send me a text and me or my property manager will respond promptly. The beach house is a short drive to Surfrider Beach and Malibu Pier, with restaurants and even more stunning views. A five-minute drive to downtown Malibu. Endless beautiful canyon drives and hikes are in nearby Las Flores Scenic Canyon. I have a strict no party policy. This is due to previous experience and would prefer to remain safe and not sorry. Any guests on the premises, beyond the agreed upon amount, will be an extra $150 per person, per calendar day/night, unless there is prior consent with the owner. Small events/gatherings are permitted ONLY when agreed upon prior to booking and is appropriately documented within the Airbnb rental agreement. Please call for more information. Marlon and Jonathan are genuinely kind and attentive hosts who clearly put care into everything they do. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and has a peaceful, homey feel. Their dog is super cute and derpy and loves pets, and the toddler and baby girl bring a joyful energy to the place. There’s also a long-term tenant on the property — a sweet and gentle grandmother. She's wonderful. It felt like being at home with my own family. I’m grateful for the experience and would happily recommend staying here to anyone looking for a kind-hearted, welcoming environment. Good soundproofing. I never once heard the baby while in my room. The location is also good. Quiet neighborhood, feels quite safe. It's a 5-min walk to the bus stop at Culver and Centinela, and about 15 minutes walk the other direction to a lovely park that includes tennis courts, basketball court, and a dog park where you can go and play with the puppies.

Sasha’s place is so much fun for a family. The pool/outdoor area is perfect for spending all day and night, but if you must leave, it’s close to Disneyland, beaches, and shopping. The kitchen is very well-equipped with pretty much anything you’d need. The layout of the house is really nice, and the decor is visually pleasing. You’ll feel like you’re a guest in a friend’s home. The kitty is also one of the sweetest we’ve encountered!

We had the most marvelous stay at Soraya and Jerome’s home. They were responsive, their home is beautiful and they were incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and safe for our young kids - from a pool gate, pack and play, kids plates and cups, it really was so kind. There was everything you needed to work comfortably, hit the beach, grill and so much more! Additionally, everything was so easy to arrange and communicate. There’s so much nearby to do and eat, yet it’s a quiet and safe street to be on with a lovely little front yard and fabulous patio and pool. I really can’t rave about them and their home enough. This is everything that AirBnB is supposed to be! Thank you so much for having us, we hope to be back soon!

I An amazing experience with the family to celebrate a birthday for my partner. The host opened their home up and the pictures do no justice to how nice it is. Lots of hiking in the area and friendly folks. Very comfortable and stellar sunset view. 5 out of 5 stars.
