The place is very nice. Free parking is great. Catherine & Steve are very nice and welcoming. It was a great stay for us!

Our second stay at David’s place was very comfortable at this centrally located listing. We appreciated the spacious living room, clean kitchen, and walkable area. Check in and parking were also very easy. Highly recommend!

The house was nice and good size for our group. The location was pretty good for what we had planned. We landed on this place specifically because of the pool and hot tub. We wish we had been told the specifics of using them beforehand because we arrived to an ice cold pool & jacuzzi. But after Gevorg finally responded we were told there is a fee to heat everyday, they cant be heated at sametime, and pool takes 8-10 hrs to heat. But once the confusion was cleared up, Gevorg was quick to respond and the pool/jacuzzi was an amazing addition to our trip!!! Gevorg was very kind and welcoming and quick to fix the situation.

Its a family home at its finest at the heart of the city. North Hollywood. Peaceful neighborhood. Complete amenities, even kitchen utensils. We super loved the place, the interiors , the space everything. Cant wait to book again next time we visit USA. Thanks Sabrina for being a gracious host to us. Until next time.:)

I spent 3 nights at Melissa's place with my wife, my daughter and my 14 month old grandson. It was everything that we expected and more. The house was perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedrooms were well laid out and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having 2 bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bathtub as well. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) We loved the neighborhood! It was so convenient for walking for everything we needed. There were quite a few choices for coffee shops in the morning and lots of great restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful take out dinner from Pine and Crane. Melissa was a great host and we would love to stay at her place again! -Peter

This was the best Airbnb I have stayed in yet! ... and I travel quite a bit! ... it is part of my job...as well as hobby! From check in to check out...the home itself...the pool and spa...the items provided...the attentiveness of Jorgen...simply a complete 5 star experience! I will be returning in the future! Shannon and Raphael’s place is amazing. Looks just like the photos, and is a little more spacious than I imagined. Immaculately clean, and stocked with all the right things. They are very communicative and wonderfully helpful hosts. The neighborhood felt pretty quiet, relative to how close it is to the main road - just be sure not to leave valuables in your car! It is LA, after all.

I booked this location for our 10th anniversary. I couldn’t believe it was available. When booking this location you are right in the hub of Malibu. Nobu is within walking distance, so is carbon beach. There is a balcony top where you can people watch. Also a private little outside area for yourself. They even offer a garage space which was really cool. Responses were quick and easy. I even booked an extra night pretty effortlessly. The Host Stay Awhile, Emily, Dan and Jelena are a great team have more locations and I will be renting from them again when the time aligns.

Same place we stayed last year. Will always pick it as the first option when traveling to Long Beach.

Beautiful space with an excellent bathroom. Very classy and spacious with nice amenities. Close to the beach and many walkable options.

House was in a quiet neighborhood very well kept and clean. It was cozy and had a lot of character. It was close to coffee and food places. Our contact person was very efficient and returned. Text messages quickly. Overall, I highly recommend and will definitely rebook this location in the future.

This is an awesome place to stay. The lady who checked us in was super friendly. The apartment is modern and it was very clean and very good equipped. The facility is very nice, we loved to swim in the pool and hot tub and walk on the beach. We‘ll definitely come back.
