Groceries, laundry , cafes are in a 5 block radius. Adjacent to Venice Beach. 15 min walk close to buses and the new Expo train to downtown LA> 3 blocks to buses to downtown Santa Monica or walk or a $5.00 Uber /LYFT ride there. 15.00 to Beverly hills $25.00 Uber/ LYFT to Universal studios There is also an Enterprise rental car place on the bottom of the street.walk to all eating places , beach , Santa Monica pier and hip Abbot Kinney . BIRD electric scooter rentals and Hulu bike rentals available as well throughout Santa Monica . There are small dogs on property , super friendly , and two kids 15 & 10 that are used to guests coming so are respectful of your privacy and quietness. Honestly most people don't see them because they are so busy ! Patio and yard are not private but shared . We never use the patio just the yard . Also, Santa Monica adds on a hotel tax of 14%, that has nothing to do with me. I find it ridiculous, but it is in such high demand. There is also a law in Santa Monica that owners have to be on property. So if you are looking for a place that is LEGAL and will be no problems , this is it.

While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks.
