Tonya is everything you want in a host- professional, prompt responses and excellent service. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We loved being so close to the beach and everything Siesta Key had to offer.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

We had a great stay overall. The place is cozy and very clean. There was a small plumbing issue but William was responsive and sent someone over to take a look. By that time we had fixed it but i still appreciated him helping us. The Sea Club 2 itself is still under a lot of construction due to the 2 hurricanes so it was a little loud during the day but we weren't there much so it didnt matter a whole lot! The main road has a lot of loud vehicles but thats no ones fault lol. in any case I would definitely recommend staying at Williams place. it was a great vacation. Siesta key is a gorgeous place!

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

Diana’s place is a very comfortable. Very clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a private barbecue area and a reserved parking space. 10 minutes by car to Siesta Beach and 13 minutes to Turtle Beach. We found a beach umbrella and chairs in the apartment’s closet. Also there is a safe in the bedroom which made us feel protected. We are definitely very happy that we stayed at Diana’s place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Sarasota for the holidays.

Great stay, the location, the amenities all were wonderful. Melissa and Brandon were super responsive and the place had more essential stocked than most of the other places we have stayed, which was very thoughtful. Melissa also had a regular coffee pot sent out to us right away, since we don’t use Keurig’s which was super nice and very much appreciated. We would definitely come back!

Can't wait to stay again in the future.. added to must stays in Florida.. pool was great not many people and same with beach!! Amazing views in the morning of the Sunrise and great fishing right off the back deck Especially liked the cleaning station for your fish you catch!!!

We loved staying at this location! The space was perfect for our family. The location is across the street from the beach which was so convenient. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Our family of 3 truly enjoyed Clara’s place for many reasons. It had all we needed for the week and communicating with Clara was a pleasure. Her place is very private and quiet with a beautiful view. Will be coming back.

Absolutely amazing apartment! it's in a fantastic location with lots of extras like beach towles and chairs, which we loved as our cases got lost. Very beautiful location with fabulous pools. The local beach is stunning! We will be back we loved it and Joyce was a perfect host.

Super clean, quiet, comfy bed. We enjoyed the bayside pool. Nice views. Palm Bay club nice benefit as after a short walk over to the beach we enjoyed the chaises delivered and set up close to the water and hole drilled for our beach umbrella. Amazing sand is not over rated. Warm gulf waters and easy entry and exit. Breeze Trolley with their app made getting around without driving convenient . Lots of fun food and shops minutes away. This bayside spot a was a delight.

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

Great and comfortable place. Great communicative host. Location is perfect if you want to stay at home like place and enjoy local gorgeous beaches and parks. Back from the beach you have a nice size two pools and hot tops waiting for you. Publix, CVS, Applebee's and and many others are very close - actually walking distance or across the street. The place is very clean and equipped well with all supplies are you needed for the longer stay. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided as well. I had my morning coffee at the enclosed lanai with water view and watching great egret and blue herons in it. Definitely will stay again for another Bradenton/Sarasota trip. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome vacation! Literally just steps to the beach, with front row seats to the clear green/blue ocean and magnificent sunsets. The condo was comfortable and lovely with everything we needed. Dan & Crystal were wonderfully communicative and offered great local suggestions too. Perfect mix of a peaceful and fun getaway... Highly recommend!

This was a great place and had everything you needed! My family really enjoyed it and the host was amazing to work with and responded back really fast! I would go back here!! Also the beach, omg it’s beautiful!! White sandy beaches, beautiful blue water, we even found whole sand dollars!! Worth checking out and staying!!!

Brenda’s place was just as listed. Great location, clean, great space to call home for the week. Within walking or short drive to many restaurants and shopping areas. Walk to the beach was easy especially with all the beach supplies in the condo. Brenda was also very responsive when I reached out with clarifying questions.

We are returning guests and will definitely return again in the future. The unit is in a great location that is close to everything - shopping, food, and most importantly the beach! Kyle is a great host that is super responsive and ensures your stay is everything you expect it to be!

My mom and I got away for a long Mothers Day / birthday weekend at Sue's place. Exactly as pictured and advertised. We enjoyed the beach by day and St. Armonds Circle each night. walked home each night feeling safe! The bed and pillows were extra compfy! I would definitely return here and hope to again soon! Thanks Sue for the wonderful stay and quick communication when I missed some details needed. 🙃

If you want to be right by the beach and have a quiet location then this place is exactly where you want to stay. This one bedroom condo had all of the amenities that you need for a beach trip . We brought our own cool cabana for extra sun protection, and Vincent supplied cooler , chairs, towels , sand toys, etc to enjoy a day at the beach. The holiday weekend(Memorial day) was very busy on the beach with lots of loud music which we did not enjoy. The people playing this loud music didn’t seem To care that other people were even on the beach. After The Weeknd the crowd seems to disburse. My husband and I went to Siesta key beach and drove out to Anna Marie island which we also enjoyed. The pool at the condo wa very nice , quiet with shaded areas, grills to cook if you wanted and noodles to float on. We alerted Vincent of a leaky kitchen faucet so he knows to have maintenance look at it and he responded right away. I would consider staying here again. Vincent was a wonderful host.

Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.
