There is a private garden where there is also the possibility to park bicycles. It is located in the middle of the village center of Santpoort Noord. A picturesque village with a nice shopping street and plenty of opportunity for a nice cup of coffee, a nice lunch, drinks or dinner. Haarlem, Amsterdam, Kennemerduinen and the beach are easily accessible by bike or public transport.

Beautifully located in Santpoort Zuid near the beaches of Bloemendaal, Zandvoort, and Ijmuiden. At the entrance to the Kennemerduinen dunes. Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.

Studio Spaarnwoude (Near Amsterdam and Haarlem)

In 2023, our 35m2 studio was newly and sustainably built. The studio is stylishly and comfortably and also equipped with every comfort. Located in the great recreation area Spaarnwoude. Just 10 km away are the bustling cities of Amsterdam and Haarlem. The Kennemerduinen and the beaches of Ijmuiden, Zandvoort and Bloemendaal are easily accessible by bike, car or public transportation. Surrounded by greenery, this is your starting point to explore the area.

This luxurious family house was restored in 2024. With 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. A large open kitchen and a cozy garden with a tv and a mini-fridge. It is also possible to add an extra baby bed. Just a 5 min walk to the trainstation to Amsterdam, This train will take you to Haarlem city in 10 minutes, and 25 minutes to Amsterdam. Also, if you want to go to the beach, its a 15 min drive to IJmuiden and if you take the train, you can be at Zandvoort in 25 min!

You can cycle to the beach at IJmuiden in 15 minutes, or Bloemendaal aan Zee in 40 minutes. Two bicycles are included with this apartment! You can also cycle through Zuid Kennemerland National Park and past the Brederode Ruins dating back to 1282!
