Historical house with a great living room, dinning room and kitchen. There are 2 sleeping rooms with in total 5 beds. The neighbourhous is quit and its only a few stepts from the naional park "de kennemerduinen" 10 minutes by train to Haarlem and 30 minutes by train to the city of Amsterdam were you can have dinner or to go out. Parking for free in the street. Alleready got more then 130 enthousiastic guests in my house, they all want to come back. Alle basic shops arround the corner. SUPER!!!

Deze knusse Tiny House ligt dicht bij Amsterdam, Haarlem, de duinen, het strand en de Noordzee. Het Tiny House bevat een zitje, tweepersoons bed, keukentje en een aparte badkamer. Ook beschikt het over een zonnig privé terrasje met een zitje. Er zijn twee basic fietsen die tijdens het verblijf als extra service gebruikt kunnen worden. In de Badkamer zijn handdoeken, föhn, zeep en shampoo aanwezig. In de keuken vindt u een NESPRESSO, waterkoker, koelkast, een combi-oven en 2-pits kookplaat.

Beautifully located in Santpoort Zuid near the beaches of Bloemendaal, Zandvoort, and Ijmuiden. At the entrance to the Kennemerduinen dunes. Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.

In 2023, our 35m2 studio was newly and sustainably built. The studio is stylishly and comfortably and also equipped with every comfort. Located in the great recreation area Spaarnwoude. The Kennemerduinen and the beaches of Ijmuiden, Zandvoort and Bloemendaal are easily accessible by bike, car or public transportation. Surrounded by greenery, this is your starting point to explore the area.
