Historical house with a great living room, dinning room and kitchen. There are 2 sleeping rooms with in total 5 beds. The neighbourhous is quit and its only a few stepts from the naional park "de kennemerduinen" 10 minutes by train to Haarlem and 30 minutes by train to the city of Amsterdam were you can have dinner or to go out. Parking for free in the street. Alleready got more then 130 enthousiastic guests in my house, they all want to come back. Alle basic shops arround the corner. SUPER!!!

By public transportation, downtown Amsterdam is about 15 minutes away. The bus stop is at 50m. A (Uber) taxi to town is barely 15 minutes. This house is not suitable for children between 6 months and 4 years.

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).

Beautiful vacation home with private enclosed garden, complete with a relaxing lounge set. Quietly located and equipped with every comfort. Complete with a playground for the kids.
