Unique experience on the water, the Prinsenboot.

The Prinsenboot is moored in the beautiful Spaarndam, a small village close to the recreational area of Spaarnwoude, Haarlem, Amsterdam and also the beach is close by (Bloemendaal and Zandvoort). There are two restaurants in the village, and the Albert Heijn is within walking distance! The boat has 4 bedrooms with room for 8 people, a luxury bathroom and a spacious kitchen. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms as well as in the living room. With the nice weather, you can enjoy the sun in the cockpit.

Wonen op het water...is waanzinnig leuk, rustgevend en inspirerend! Beleef deze unieke ervaring en geniet van het uitzicht, de vrijheid en de natuur. Een totaal gerenoveerde vintage woonboot met een tuin van 300 m2 staat geheel tot je beschikking. A’dam is 25 min. met de auto en H’lem is 10 min. met de auto. Vanuit de boot kijk je uit op het schilderachtige Spaarndam waar je heerlijk een hapje kunt eten. Duik elke dag het water in en wandel een rondje om het Kanaal of haal een ijsje in Spaardam!

Het appartement ligt midden in de Kennemerduinen, met aan de voorkant, vrij uitzicht over de duinen, het strand en de zee. Achter kijkt het appartement uit op de duinen, waar u regelmatig herten kunt zien. Het mooie, brede strand is op 1 minuut loopafstand, uitstekend geschikt om lange wandelingen te maken of uw hond te laten rennen, te kitesurfen of gewoon lekker bij een strandtent van een hapje of drankje te genieten. S'avonds kunt u vanaf het balkon, genieten van de zonsondergangen

Sometimes we have availability in our lovely front row beach house in IJmuiden, especially for outdoor lovers whom wants to live ON the beach! Our cottage is small (ca 28 m2) but well equipped and has all the luxury you need. Good equipped kitchen, good beds, shower, solar energy, tv, wifi, heater and of course the sea! Swimming, (kite) surfing, sup, walking: just do it! At your arrival we are there to tell you everything about our little paradise, afterwards the house is all yours.

Er even romantisch tussenuit aan de waterkant met uitzicht op voorbij varende boten op een heerlijk plekje. Je kunt hier zwemmen! Met de alle gemakken zoals: een riante buiten keuken met een wasbak, oven, koelkast en 2 pits kookplaat. Een prive badkamer, gevulde minibar, koffie en thee, 1 heerlijk 2 persoons bed (180breedx240lang) en je eigen tuin! De badkamer is voorzien van alle gemakken met onder andere vloerverwarming, een stortdouche, wasbak en toilet. Clamping in Holland!

Our lovely Beach House on the back row in the dunes. Only a few weeks a year for rent, so if you want to sleep ON the beach, book soon! The Beach House is 28m2, small but very cozy. You can cook in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower, solar energy, WiFi, petroleum stove and the cottage is higher than the other cottages giving you beautiful views of the sea. Hiking, cycling, swimming, (kite) surfing, reading, sunbathing, children who are happy, so what more could you want?

Chalet Marbella in the dunes of Amsterdam beach

Kom lekker naar de kust en geniet van het prachtige brede zandstrand. Verblijf nu in een ons prachtige Chalet in het Nationaal Park Zuid-Kennemerland op camping de Duindoorn aan zee. Het chalet en park is voorzien van alle gemakken en slechts 1 km vanaf de zee. De directe busverbinding (382) brengt je in een half uur in hartje Amsterdam. Met zijn vier slaapplaatsen is dit chalet uitermate geschikt voor een gezin maar ook een vriendengroep van maximaal 4 personen.

In 2023, our 35m2 studio was newly and sustainably built. The studio is stylishly and comfortably and also equipped with every comfort. Located in the great recreation area Spaarnwoude. Just 10 km away are the bustling cities of Amsterdam and Haarlem. The Kennemerduinen and the beaches of Ijmuiden, Zandvoort and Bloemendaal are easily accessible by bike, car or public transportation. Surrounded by greenery, this is your starting point to explore the area.

Apartment by the sea and dunes

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment by the sea is quiet, gives energy and has a beautiful view. From the kitchen and living room with fireplace, you can see the sea and the coastline. And from the dune room where you can sleep, there is a view over the dunes where deer often walk. The bathroom is simple and neat. The loft can accommodate more people. Downstairs there is access to the swimming pool with sauna.
