The 40m2 guesthouse is located in recreation area "Spaarnwoude", (3 persons in the house and we can host 2 extra persons (kids) in a caravan) included season shared pool and with a all year around outside hottub close to the beach of IJmuiden/Zandvoort and train-busstation Amsterdam Sloterdijk (15min). Activities nearby: SnowPlanet, a golfcourse, horse riding, harbour and water activities. Bus 382 stops nearby. Ruigoord is close. Beautiful Bali-style design. We have an outdoor trampoline.

Achter kijkt het appartement uit op de duinen, waar u regelmatig herten kunt zien. Het mooie, brede strand is op 1 minuut loopafstand, uitstekend geschikt om lange wandelingen te maken of uw hond te laten rennen, te kitesurfen of gewoon lekker bij een strandtent van een hapje of drankje te genieten. S'avonds kunt u vanaf het balkon, genieten van de zonsondergangen

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes kitchen appliances and spices. Pussycat Micky is a permanent resident and loves to be cuddled.
