La Piccola Latteria è un edificio completamente autonomo. Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Kitchen/living room, bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is a part of a bigger house where there is also a bed and breakfast. The house is settled in a valley where there is a beautiful river and it is surrounded by trees It is wonderful for families with kids and is dog friendly. The property is nearby the Dolomiti Bellunesi national park and it is 6km from Feltre We accept dogs (max 1 see ‘conditions and rules’) *Sauna and hot tub are services for payment (see ‘conditions and rules’).

L'immobile è dotato di un comodo parcheggio privato gratuito con garage chiuso per eventuali moto o biciclette. La struttura, rispettosa dell'ambiente, e' dotata di impianto solare termico e fotovoltaico. Nell'appartamento sono disponibili tv e wi-fi gratuito. Possibilità di molte passeggiate nei dintorni. Non sono ammessi fumatori ne' animali in casa, il soggiorno minimo e' di 2 notti.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.
