Guests have access to a wood-burning grill next to the summer kitchen, so they can carefree enjoy the whole day outside. There is an outdoor shower and toilet next to the pool. In the morning and late in the evening, guests can relax on the spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the Učka mountain and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Children will especially enjoy the playground.

It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Relax in this cozy and luxuriously decorated place to stay. There are 4 rooms with 4 bathrooms, each room is air-conditioned, a large living room with kitchen and toilet. The kitchen is modern and has all the appliances. We are in Krsan, a small town near Labin. In the village, 500 meters away, you have a shop, a cafe bar, a restaurant. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price. The pool has no heating.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
