We had a wonderful stay in this sweet, comfortable studio. It suited us perfectly. We loved the airy feel due to the large windows and balcony. We appreciated the washer/dryer combo to catch up on a few items of washing. The kitchen allowed us to prepare our picnic lunches before we headed out into the city for our sight seeing. We thoroughly recommend the studio to anyone wanting to experience an authentic Paris city stay.

Really peaceful and beautiful place to stay not too far from Paris. Perfect for a couple. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay and the neighbourhood and surroundings are really peaceful and felt very safe. Free parking was a bonus. Only downside is the slightly long walk on the way back from the station after walking around all day in Paris but you could always get a taxi as it isn't too far. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place

Beautiful appartment situated right in the heart of Versailles and only 10 minutes walk to the Palace and gardens. Honestly, the location couldnt be better. Rooms were stylishly decorated with extremely comfortable sofas and beds. We stayed for two nights, but wished we could have stayed longer. Visited the Palace and Central Paris, which was easily reached using the RER train. Philippe was the perfect host, providing lots of information about local restaurants and pubs and travel advice. He sorted our car parking too. Thanks Philippe! I would highly recommend this appartment to anybody visiting Versailles or Paris

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, located on a quiet, safe, and tidy street. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the experience.

Super nice apartment with great roof terrace, everything you could ever need was available. The area is ideal for relaxing, sleep peacefully and yet central to discover the sights of Paris. In 5-10 minutes walk there are bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. The train station to get to central Paris directly without changing trains is a 10-15 minute walk - journey time 20 minutes. With a change, there is a train station in a 5-minute walk. My family and I highly recommend the apartment. Maximilien is super quickly accessible and gives clear information. Great! We will definitely come back again.

We stayed in at the end of May and we had a great time. The house was beautiful and looked just like the photos, very peaceful. Train station, grocery stores and bakery close by. Host was very responsive, couldn’t ask for anything more. Was everything we needed.

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

Perfect place for a relaxing time Excellent equipment

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Thanks to Iteb for hosting us. The accommodation is spacious, clean, comfortable and ultra-connected. The pool and SPA location is simply awesome, with a screen and projector to watch a movie with your feet in the water. And all 100% private. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Everything was perfect, impeccable cleanliness, very pleasant accommodation, I really enjoyed the bedding and especially the sheets. We were able to get into the accommodation as soon as we arrived in Versailles, thanks to the responsive hosts. Recommended.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.
