I had a short stay at Anaïs's and everything was perfect. The small house is very nice and has everything you need. In addition, the accommodation is within a 15-minute walk of INRAE, which was very convenient for my training. I highly recommend this listing and would come back if I am in the area again. Fantastic place to stay just outside the main centre of Paris. Easily accessible with the RER nearby and walking distance to beautiful suburbs, parks, shops etc. Romain was a responsive and friendly host. The apartment is well equipped for a comfortable stay!

Jean's place was as described. It is a comfortable place for up to 4 guests and very close to public transportation. Jean was very communicative, helpful, and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Me and my friend stayed with Helene and Marc. Fantastic hosts, super friendly and the studio was so nice and clean! Trains to both Versailles and Paris just a short walk away. Would love to stay here again if we ever get the chance ❤️

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at Jo’s place! Jo was an incredibly gracious host who provided clear and detailed instructions for entering the apartment, was quick to respond, and made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was spotless, welcoming, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood was fantastic, offering a vibrant social atmosphere during the day while maintaining a peaceful and family-friendly environment in the evenings. It struck the perfect balance between lively and quiet. Nearby, we found everything we needed: grocery stores, a delightful patisserie, and a variety of lively restaurants to explore. Getting around was convenient, with easy access to the tram/metro (though be prepared for a couple of transfers depending on your destination). Overall, our stay was wonderful, and Jo’s hospitality made it even more special. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I really enjoyed my stay. The space was clean with large windows that let in a nice summer breeze. David and Melodie were warm, responsive, and excellent communicators. Great restaurants were just a short walk away. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Versailles.

The house was clean and cosy, good connection with the city, groceries almost next door. The area felt really really safe event in the middle of the night.

Very clean, pleasant accommodation in a quiet environment, designed for two people. The kitchenette allows you to have quick meals but a common kitchen for all the studios allows you to have meals with others. This room on the ground floor leads to a charming garden where there are tables and chairs for outdoor dining or drinks. The whole place is decorated with taste. We will come back without hesitation if we have a chance. We recommend the studios at Villa Voltaire.

This is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Paris! It's a cozy apartment with a really comfortable bed and a charming balcony. Plus, having your own parking spot in the garage is a huge bonus. And it's all relatively close to the city center, just about a 20-minute drive away.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

Very well located accommodation for visits to Versailles for example. A 10-minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes from shops and a stone's throw from a good restaurant. Very nice and discreet hosts.

Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only downside was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There are plenty of shops and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's place is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The cherry on top was the jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and linens are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We will definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
