Amazing villa with pool near old town

This beautiful Art House with a pool is only a 15-minute walk from the old town of Labin. The house is equipped with designer lighting, art paintings, and has an infrared sauna, a room with fitness equipment and a massage table, and an indoor pool that is used during the winter months. The indoor pool can be used from Decembar to March ( 12.- 3.) and in other months of the year, guests can use the beautiful outdoor pool which is protected from view due to the tall green vegetation.

upon arrival at the spacious free parking lot, you can use the private entrance through the hallway to your room, which is tastefully decorated. On the other side of the hallway is the bathroom with shower and toilet. No smoking and no pets are allowed in the entire stay. For a nice breakfast, aperitif or just relaxing, you can relax outside under the patio, where of course you can smoke.

The road to get to the property is not very comfortable, but you are happy to make a 😊 unique effort to note: the cold water comes with a very weak jet and the flush takes a long time to recharge. Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

A wooden picnic table, accompanied by a large umbrella, is situated in a garden area surrounded by lush greenery. Vine rows create a natural backdrop, offering a sense of tranquility and privacy. A small potted plant adds a subtle touch of decor.

Fantastic Villa with a great Host! We had a very enjoyable week at Elenas Villa. The villa itself is exactly as described and unlike some we’ve stayed in before, it is exactly as the pictures suggest. Well kept and well equipped. It’s a lovely sleepy little village, lots of trails to walk, and great access to pula or further up the coast too. We really did feel like we were in the right area, with access to everything in a short drive. Most days we enjoyed the mile walk down the trail to Barban where there are a couple of great little restaurants. Elena was great, very detailed check in, nothing too much trouble to ask and very quick response to messages. Would Highly recommend it, and thank you so much for making it a great holiday!

We stayed at this villa with six friends, and it was perfect! Communication with the host was smooth, and he was very welcoming, showing us around and offering great local recommendations. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a large, fantastic pool. We loved the on-site activities, like bicycles, tennis, and even an Xbox Kinect for bad weather days. There’s also a great grill area. The location is peaceful, though a bit far from the sea, so having a car is necessary to reach the nearby beaches. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5
