The apartment has two floors, a huge terrace, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs.

A teljesen felújított Origó Apartmanház Székesfehérvár város központi, de csendes kertvárosi részén, közel a történelmi belvároshoz található. Mivel az apartmanházban három 2 személyes különálló külön bejárattal rendelkező apartman található, ezért akár 6 fő fogadására is alkalmas.
