An island of tranquility by Lake Velence. Comfortably furnished detached holiday home on a quiet street, 10 minutes walk from the lake shore. We welcome our guests with real relaxation equipment, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 large covered terraces. In the garden there is a swing bed, fireplace, grill, nest swing, hammock for relaxation. Two hiking bikes are available for guests. Nearby, a few minutes' walk away, there is a restaurant, grocery store and wine cellar.

Kishaz

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

We welcome our guests to our modern, pool, hot tub, panoramic, air-conditioned guesthouse. Our guests can stay in a friendly, comfortable, air-conditioned house. The terrace has a beautiful view of Lake Venice, which is within walking distance, where we can occasionally monitor the airports of hot air balloons. The garden pool, the 6-person hot tub and the entire property are for guest use only, and the owner does not live on the property.

The house is located on a quiet, hidden place, 15 minutes' walk from the center of the village and from the Danube. The house has a unique style with beautiful interior design. The house is located 300 m from the North Beach of Velence (the site of EFOTT), 300-400 m from the main roads with heavy traffic. It has two bathrooms, two/three bedrooms, a nice kitchen and an extra kitchenette. Ideal for families, sports, fishing, hiking and relaxation. The outside house has a sauna and two SUP boards. An outdoor covered parking is available for storing cars.
