Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

This new designer loft is a low-energy house in a listed building and is located in the immediate vicinity of a nature reserve and the Baldeneysteig and Lake Baldeney, which are within walking distance in a few minutes and are known as a local recreation area. The property offers an additional 50 square meter terrace with terrace furniture and 50 square meters of garden area. The living space is spacious, with a kitchen-living room and a second bedroom on the gallery.

Welcome to my charming one-bedroom guest apartment, located in a beautifully designed architectural building with three units. After a thorough renovation in 2024 it is ideal for long-term business or leisure stays and accommodates up to two guests. The apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable living room with sofa and TV (including Netflix, YouTube etc.), Sonos sound speaker, desk with monitor (HDMI), a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
