There are 2 bedrooms, a dining-/living-room (TV, WiFi) a small Kitchen, bathroom and hall are available. You are traveling alone or as a couple, friends or family - you will certainly feel good! Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Welcome to our modern, spacious apartment in Velbert-Langenhorst! Perfect for families and business travelers: Quiet location directly by the forest, but still central. We shall supply on request a baby crib and high chair. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything for your stay. Relaxation can be found on the reading couch, and a cute workplace is available for work. The comfortable sofa bed offers additional sleeping space. Ideal for a relaxing break!

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, refrigerator, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery...

Apartment in Velbert-Tönisheide

The attic apartment is in a detached house in a traffic-calmed area. Various shopping opportunities but also restaurants are available nearby. The apartment has a working area in the bedroom. Internet (100MBit/sec)/WiFi and printer are included. It is suitable for trade fair guests because of the proximity to the Düsseldorf and Essen trade fairs (about 25 km away), but also for commuters. Lockable garage for two wheels is available. No pets.

Apartment in the countryside near the city

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (in this respect the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading) we rent a closed 2 room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the ground floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.

Take a break, go hiking, cycling or explore the Langenberger Altstadt (Velbert) on foot. Are you planning to attend trade fairs in Düsseldorf or Essen? This and much more is possible with this quiet attic apartment as a starting point. You have a penthouse apartment (about 60 m2) in a semi-detached house all to yourself. We are also happy to welcome you in person, but we regularly offer check-in via the key box.

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer a 60 sqm detached cottage for 2 persons, directly by the forest. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living space consists of a living room with 2 sofas, TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.
