There are 2 bedrooms, a dining-/living-room (TV, WiFi) a small Kitchen, bathroom and hall are available. You are traveling alone or as a couple, friends or family - you will certainly feel good! Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

Cozy studio

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus im Herzen der historischen Altstadt von Langenberg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof, Parkplätze und ein wunderschöner Spielplatz befinden sich im Umkreis von ca. 500 m. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern z. B. auf dem Neandersteig oder dem Höhenweg ein. Ein Ausflug zum Bismarkturm und Kletterpark ist sehr zu empfehlen. Langenberg liegt zwischen Essen und Wuppertal. Düsseldorf ist in ungefähr einer Autostunde zu erreichen.

Welcome to our modern, spacious apartment in Velbert-Langenhorst! Perfect for families and business travelers: Quiet location directly by the forest, but still central. We shall supply on request a baby crib and high chair. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything for your stay. Relaxation can be found on the reading couch, and a cute workplace is available for work. The comfortable sofa bed offers additional sleeping space. Ideal for a relaxing break!

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

Apartment in Velbert-Tönisheide

The attic apartment is in a detached house in a traffic-calmed area. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment has a work area in the bedroom. Internet (100 Mbit/sec)/Wi-Fi and printer are included. Due to its proximity to the Düsseldorf and Essen trade fairs (about 25 km away), it is suitable for trade fair guests, but also for commuters. Lockable garage for two-wheelers is available. No pets.
