L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Comfortable and bright house with a veranda terrace on which to enjoy an excellent breakfast. Relax on a comfortable double bed, on the lounge couch in front of the TV, or on the deck chair on the terrace. The house also has a bathroom with shower and washing machine,kitchen equipped for cooking and dishwasher. Nearby there are bars, pizzerias, supermarkets ( CONAD and ESSELUNGA), bus stops 5 and 8 ideal for reaching the center and the station. Free parking space in the courtyard.

Excellent rental!! Paolo is an outstanding host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Feel free to book with him tours of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and jacuzzi are exceptional! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! Perfect breakfast!!Go there with your eyes closed. I highly recommend this listing!

Stopped for a night at Claudio’s place while driving around Emilia Romagna with family. We really enjoyed a relaxing afternoon and breakfast next day at his amazing garden. The home is beautiful and we felt very comfortable.

The kitchen area is equipped with modern cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. A dining table is neatly set with plates and glasses, accompanied by a vibrant yellow vase filled with greenery, adding a touch of color to the space.

I found myself in God's apartment, it was clean and quiet As soon as you find bars for breakfast and aperitif, the restaurant is all within reach. Excellent, spacious and very clean, and in addition the Host is very kind and helpful.

A modern kitchen features sleek countertops and built-in cooktops. Light streams through large glass doors, illuminating the space and creating a bright atmosphere. The doors lead to a covered loggia outside, enhancing the connection to the view beyond.

I stayed here while going to the Parma tennis open. It was in walking distance to the tennis and was a nice, private apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy and I felt right at home. Yenny was an amazing host and very helpful with local recommendations and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend to all who are looking for a quiet, residential space to stay in Parma.
