L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Confortevole e luminosa casa con terrazzo verandato sul quale godere di un' ottima colazione. Rilassati su un Comodo Letto matrimoniale, sul divano del salone davanti alla tv o sulla sdraio in terrazza. La casa ha inoltre un bagno con doccia e lavatrice,cucina abitabile accesoriata per cucinare e lavastoviglie. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti bar, pizzerie, supermercati ( CONAD e ESSELUNGA), fermate bus 5 e 8 ideali per raggiungere il centro e la stazione. Posto auto gratuito in cortile.

L'appartamento è situato nel quartiere Oltretorrente, in pieno centro storico, vicino a tutte le zone d'interesse socio-culturale della città. Appena ristrutturato, si sviluppa al secondo piano di un vecchio monastero servito da ascensore. Il monolocale pur essendo di dimensioni modeste comprende una cucina completa, un ampio tavolo da pranzo, un letto ad una piazza e 1/2 (120cm di larghezza e comodo anche per due persone) e un bagno veramente lussuoso.

Location au top!! Paolo est un hôte exceptionnel et toujours disponible!! Il nous a donné toutes les bonnes adresses pour nos visites et restaurants. N'hésitez pas à réserver auprès de lui les visites des fabriques de parmesan et jambon de parme ( il nous a même accompagné)!! La piscine et le jacuzzi exceptionnel !le logement est propre et tout équipé! Le petit dejeuner parfait!!Allez y les yeux fermés. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Wem diese Beschreibung gefällt, wird sich bei Claudio und seiner charmanten Frau genau so wohl fühlen wie wir.

Mi sono trovata da Dio il appartamento era pulito e silenzioso Appena esi trovi dei bar per colazione e aperitivo ristorante tutto a portata di mano . Ottimo spazioso e molto pulito e in più il Host molto gentile e disponibile.

I stayed here while going to the Parma tennis open. It was in walking distance to the tennis and was a nice, private apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy and I felt right at home. Yenny was an amazing host and very helpful with local recommendations and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend to all who are looking for a quiet, residential space to stay in Parma.
