Ca 20 meter till busshållplats. 2 rum varav 1 stort vardagsrum med eldstad och ett stort sovrum. Ca 50 kvadratmeter Totalt. Nyrenoverade utrymmen med wc, tvättstuga, dusch, kökspentry med tvättställ, spis, fläkt och kylskåp. Sängkläder och handdukar finns. Vi har minibar med mat, tilltugg och dricka

Minibacke är ett härligt boende på landet i Nykulla, 2,5 mil norr om Växjö. Du bor i en nyrenoverad ladugård med åker och skog utanför knuten och med många sevärdheter i närheten. Boendet lämpar sig bäst för 2 personer. I köket kan du laga lättare måltider. Spis, mikro, kaffebryggare och kylskåp med frysfack finns. Smart-TV med Chromecast och Soundbar med Bluetoothanslutning. Stenhaga, hus med sjötomt, ca 80 meter från vår egna sjö. Stort trädäck med bord och sittplatser. Liten sandstrand. Flytbrygga med badstege. Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 130 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

Övernatta i denna mysiga lägenhet med närhet till vacker natur. Området är ett lugnt nybyggt villaområde. Busshållplats finns 2 minuter till fots från lägenheten. Buss till Centrum tar 17 minuter, arenastaden 12 minuter. Avgångar var 20:e minut. Gratis parkering vid lägenheten. Det finns en 120 säng och en 90 våningssäng. Soffan i vardagsrummet är 90cm bred och 175cm lång. Det finns inget fönster i sovrummet. Trappan är brant, men gångvänlig. Lägenheten ligger i garagebyggnad.

New holiday homes (2020-2021) located on a headland without neighbours in sight. Activities nearby: Isaberg Mountain resort, High Chaparral, Store Mosse National Park, Ge-Kås Ullared, Golf courses. Own small beach with boat and electric motor. Fishing with walleye, perch, pike etc. Private parking. Good and reliable Wi-fi. Plenty of mushrooms and berries.Sauna . Fireplace in the big cottage. Here you live in luxury but at the same time with the feeling "back to nature"

Du bor i egen lägenhet med egen ingång, en dubbelsäng 180 cm och en bäddsoffa. Bäddsoffan är lämplig för en vuxen eller två barn då den endast är 115 cm bred. Toalett i eget badrum samt dusch och tvättstuga i annat rum. Nyrenoverat kök och duschrum. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår inte.

Our cozy cottage is beautifully situated on our small farm in the middle of the Småland forest. The forest is located right around the corner for wonderful forest excursions. Next to the house there is a pond where you can swim. Cozy beach with sun loungers that you can enjoy in nice weather. The farm is only 10 minutes from the beautiful lake Åsnen and only 25 minutes to Växjö or Älmhult.
