Skånes Djurpark (animal park) is a 45-minute drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bears, lynx and other Nordic species live in their natural environment. Furnished one-room apartment of 20 m2 with views of Lake Växjö and only 5 minutes walk to the city center and the station. Cycling to the University takes no more than 10 minutes and to the hospital on the other side of the lake only 5 minutes. The apartment is bright with parquet floors, has a fully equipped kitchenette, private toilet and shower directly adjacent to the apartment. Access to garden in the southwest with beautiful views/evening sun over Lake Växjö. You can quickly and easily get down to the lake for a walk, a swim or a restaurant visit.

Stuga Björkdalen

Newly renovated cottage of about 25 well-planned square meters on a scenic plot close to the water, nice nature and fun activities. See more in Gustaf's guidebook when it comes to surroundings and activities. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of two adults and two younger children, there are two 90x200cm beds and one 135x180. The cottage was renovated in 2024 with new floors in the bedrooms, repainted and new wardrobe. New doors in the kitchen, new stove and fan, a smaller combined hot air oven/air fryer and washing machine. New toilet and sink.

The houseboat on the lake

New! Our houseboat is quietly located on the river where the water always feels calm. Here you have the water, the water lilies, the kingfishers, the herons and the forest around you, nothing else. We can guarantee that you will sit often and for a long time, just looking out over the water… and it will do you good. The houseboat is tastefully decorated with a focus on comfort and simplicity and is perfect for those who want to relax, get close to nature, and enjoy a unique stay. There is a possibility to purchase breakfast from the farm.

Enjoy nature near cultural Råshult with its beautiful hiking trails and proximity to Älmhult and IKEA. Newly renovated house with modern standards. Lake view and walking distance to Såganäs Friluftsbas with swimming jetty and canoe rental. 5 km to Diö where the nearest pizzeria and train station are located. Add 2 km and you will find Bykrogen in Liatorp. 7 km south is Älmhult with shops and restaurants and of course IKEA and the IKEA Museum. Fishing is available in Såganäs lake as well as Möckeln and Virestadsjön.

Skogsbadet You are welcome to feel the calm of the forest and listen to nature. Here you can experience the tranquility, light and darkness of the forest. In this cabin, there is no electricity or heat, so dress according to the weather. The cabin can be reached on foot after a short walk through the woods of about 200 meters. Here, you stay in a fully equipped cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a kitchen (no fridge) Separate toilet and outdoor shower. Bedlinen and towels are included.

Kalvsvik Björkelund

Welcome to our newly built apartment in scenic Kalvsvik, 25 km south of Växjö. The accommodation is located in the northern part of Åsnens and in the area there is the possibility of a lot of outdoor life in beautiful nature. Close to swimming area, country shop, paddle tennis court, gas station and car repair shop. The apartment consists of one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower. Open plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed and view of the patio and the fields outside.

Cozy little house with 7 min walk to the city center

Stay centrally in our small cozy courtyard house with free parking outside. Here's everything you need. It is perfect for two people, but if you have a small child, it can also work. There is a double bed, dining table, sofa corner and tiled bathroom. You have your own small patio. Växjö is well located with just over an hour by car to Öland, Halmstad, Karlskrona and Jönköping. Astrid Lindgren's world and High Chaparral are also a little over an hour away. Växjö has a nice city center.

Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right fit. Close biking distance to several lakes and great adventures. Located 5 min driving to a convenience store, and approximately 2 hrs driving from Malmö.
