The house is large at about 170 sqm and offers 4 large bedrooms as well as an outhouse with sleeping loft. The house has two fireplaces that can be used, as well as a large sauna with room for 6-7 people. Gula Villan has a large and beautiful garden and it is close to the beach and marina, about 200-300 meters.
