The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Talludden village Årydssjön- Högstorp

Here, you can really relax and get away from the stress of the city. A home in a lovely red cottage right on Lake Årydssjön with forest and nature behind the house. Quiet and peaceful with few neighbors. Renovated in 2016 with Danish style with natural colors. Fishing boat (April 1 - October 31) and fishing license included, sauna and Jacuzzi indoors. Jetty/patio with swimming ladder where you can also enjoy a lovely lunch. Sit and grill at the wonderful campfire right on the lake with your closest friends and family on a summer evening. Welcome!

Unique accommodation near the lake in Småland, Växjö.

We live on a headland with water around us. Above our double garage, we have an apartment with all the amenities. Have access to your own dock with swimming. There are nice bike paths, and hiking areas in the forest and in the nearby area. Forests with mushrooms and berries. Most of your needs such as several grocery stores (ICA, COOP and LIDL), pharmacies, liquor stores and pizzerias are within a 2 km radius. Good bus connections to the city center. About 1 km to the bus stop. Close to golf clubs. Some restaurants within a 2 km radius.

The houseboat on the lake

New! Our houseboat is quietly located on the river where the water always feels calm. Here you have the water, the water lilies, the kingfishers, the herons and the forest around you, nothing else. We can guarantee that you will sit often and for a long time, just looking out over the water… and it will do you good. The houseboat is tastefully decorated with a focus on comfort and simplicity and is perfect for those who want to relax, get close to nature, and enjoy a unique stay. There is a possibility to purchase breakfast from the farm.

Minibacke is a lovely accommodation in the countryside in Nykulla, 2.5 km north of Växjö. You live in a carefully renovated barn with fields and woods close by and with many attractions nearby. The accommodation is best suited for 2 persons. In the kitchen you can cook light meals. Stove, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge with freezer compartment are available. Smart TV with Google streamer and soundbar with Bluetooth. Bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer. Sauna and an outdoor bathtub with hot water. 2 bikes included.

Large house by Lake Åsnen with its own dock and jacuzzi

Stay in a beautiful, renovated house right on the edge of Lake Åsnen in close proximity to the national park. The house has its own jetty and fishing rights as well as a fireplace, a large terrace with a Jacuzzi and is surrounded by beautiful nature and lovely lake views. There are 4 separate bedrooms with room for a total of 6 people, large kitchen and open social areas. We include sheets and other amenities as well as access to bicycles, two canoes and barbecue in the rent. There is also the possibility to rent a boat.

This newly built house with its own plot is located right by the lake Furen. A very quiet location in the middle of the forest where nature is really in focus. Access to a boat for cozy fishing trips or to take a trip along Helige Å which can be a magical experience. Here you can sit and cozy up both inside by the large panoramic windows or out on the terrace and enjoy the view of the lake. Perfect cottage for fishing or relaxing but still close to Växjö (20 km) where shops and restaurants are located.

Welcome to our newly built apartment in scenic Kalvsvik, 25 km south of Växjö. The accommodation is located in the northern part of Åsnens and in the area there is the possibility of a lot of outdoor life in beautiful nature. Close to swimming area, country shop, paddle tennis court, gas station and car repair shop. The apartment consists of one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower. Open plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed and view of the patio and the fields outside.

Welcome to our grandmother's old cottage in Tegnaby, just outside Växjö. A warm and charming Småland house with sauna, dock and close to lake and nature. Here, you live in a quiet, rural setting with an old garden full of apple trees, flowers, and rhubarb, while Växjö is only ten minutes away. A place for tranquility, family time and long days near the water. Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 100/per set. Final cleaning is not included.
