Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Fantastic location, private lake side property

Fantastic cottage with open plan, 90 sqm. Completely renovated 2022-24 with new modern bright kitchen, granite benches, dishwasher, induction stove with oven, microwave. Wooden floors in spruce and tiles in the winter-insulated outdoor room. New bathroom, underfloor heating, washing machine. Lake plot with own fishing water included - with casting rod or fly rod. Wood-fired hot tub directly on the lake. Large lovely wooden decks, by the house and directly by the lake, with new garden furniture. Possibility to rent canoe and rowboat and borrow 2 bicycles.

We rent out our cozy guest house, completely furnished/decorated and equipped with kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, mini oven and bathroom with washing machine. There is underfloor heating throughout the cottage and also a small ac. Sleeps up to 3 (3e bed air mattress). There is also a TV with chromecast, but no TV box. You also have access to your own parking for car and bike. The cottage is located close to scenic Hissö nature reserve, Kronobergs Castle ruin and 200 meters to the restaurant Ryttmästargården.

During peak season, week 24-35, only weekly rentals with a changeover day on Saturday apply. The guest house has a unique character with many charming details. This is a old barn that is easy renovated. We have internet and tv with chromecast, however its not always that it works. If you need tv or internet to survive we recommend that you search for something closer to city. This house/ cottage suits family’s who wants to be close to nature. The house is 100meters from the sea Helgasjön. Fireplace directly by water is provided when asked. We speak German and English. We do have boats with 5 to 10ps engines that can be rented by guests.

Large lakeside house

Large house by lake in Småland, 30 minutes from Växjö. Spacious and tasteful rooms and all you need to relax. 80 m to a small beach of your own and any number of great spots within walking or biking distance. 7 km to Braås with good supermarket. Grill and garden furniture. Wood fired sauna in the outhouse. A few basic bikes are there to use as is a rowing boat that is in the water June-Sep.

Our cozy cottage is beautifully situated on our small farm in the middle of the Småland forest. The forest is located right around the corner for wonderful forest excursions. Next to the house there is a pond where you can swim. Cozy beach with sun loungers that you can enjoy in nice weather. The farm is only 10 minutes from the beautiful lake Åsnen and only 25 minutes to Växjö or Älmhult.
