Here you live in a modern newly built guest house of about 30 sqm + loft - a paradise on earth. Located in a small village by Hjälmaren - about 5 minutes' walk to the beach. There is a smaller private deck overlooking the forest and a large common deck with access to a shared pool, wood-fired hot tub, gas grill and wood-fired fireplace. Welcome to this magical summer residence! A typical Swedish little red cottage which lies next to a small bird lake and with the Swedish forest surrounding the area. Large grass lawn to run around, safe, tranquil and rich in wildlife. A peace full paradise. Enjoy the new sauna with panoramic windows or take a hot bath in the wood-fired barrel right next to the lake. The hot tub is not open during the winter due to the water freezing, from November to March. The sauna is open all year round.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation offers a unique experience of relaxation by the lakeside, featuring a private sauna, hot tub, and a tranquil relaxation area right by the water with its own jetty. Just a few steps from the sauna, you can take a refreshing dip in the clear lake and then unwind in the warm jacuzzi. Simsjön is a scenic and peaceful spot, perfect for escaping everyday stress and spending quality time together. You can borrow your own boat to explore the lake and enjoy fishing 🎣🌿

Cozy, furnished mill from the early 1800s

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs, there was a carpentry workshop that is now a modern TV room with Wi-Fi, amplifier, Chromecast, speaker system and projector. The shower is in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep meadow has garden furniture and a spa bath. Wood stove in the kitchen. Sauna is available.

Studio 1-4 persons with pool and sauna

Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft. Large bathroom with sauna. 28 sqm with bathroom and loft. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

Room with your own entrance, sauna and bathroom. Kingsbed with memoryfoam mattress and extra single bed with lower standard available (only for kids). Access to free parking, minibar, gym and wifi. The pool is open and heated June-August. Pool and gym are shared with us living in the house. 2 minutes walk to busstop with close connections to Örebro City and Marieberg Shopping Centre. Walking distance to pizzeria and the Golf Club.

Grönkullen is rural and quiet, yet still very close to Jönköping (11 km). Built in 2020, where we put a lot of effort into making it a complete home. The house is part of our dream where we started an organic farm right outside its door. Our accommodation is suitable for both visitors coming for leisure and business.
