Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and Amazon Fire TV (Magenta TV). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

Rosenlundsstugan near Vättern, Elmia and city center

Rosenlundsstugan is a modern cottage in the Rosenlund area in Jönköping, only 3 km from the city center. The cottage is beautifully located near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Proximity also to Elmia, Rosenlundsbadet and Husqvarna Garden. You rent a completely detached cottage with a living room with kitchen counter and kitchenette, toilet with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Dammstugan is located on beautiful Asby udde. Here you live in the middle of beautiful nature with a nice view of the landscape. Large spacious porch with both day and evening sun. Hiking trails close to the cabin. Possibility of nice fishing in beautiful Ödesjön, where you can walk in 10 minutes. There are plenty of pike and perch. It is also possible to rent a rowing boat. Free access to trampoline, swing and toys. Guests need to bring their own bed linens and towels. Possibility to charge the electric car

Newly built luxury beach house (1) in Varamon Motala

Newly built house with absolutely the best location on the Nordic's longest lake beach and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafés and restaurants, it is a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is protected in a bay that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, mini golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Hookahs/smoking are not allowed!

Grenadjärstorp in idyllic Borghamn

The cottage is located a stone's throw from the shore of Lake Vättern with Omberg as a backdrop and with the beautiful plain that spreads around Borghamn. We look forward to meeting 2025 with upcoming guests and please do not hesitate to look at the listing and contact me for any inquiries. This will be our 10th year as hosts of our cabin and we have met so many nice guests from near and far. Guests describe the area as beautiful and peaceful. Nearby, there is a stone industry that is in use.

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. South of us is Omberg, which is also one of Östergötland's most visited excursion destinations. The bird lake Tåkern is located east of the farm. There's plenty to see and experience.
