It is about 25 minutes drive to Messe- Munich exhibition center , 50 minutes drive to Munich airport. The apartment is nice decorated with real wood floor and high-end furniture. A dreaming place to have a vacation with the families. Parking is free and right in front of the entrance, supermarket is just 1 kilometer away. The high way entrance is 3 kilometer away.

Conveniently located stylish oasis

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. I had such a great stay! Margot was incredibly kind and helpful. I had a small unexpected issue during my trip, and she jumped in right away to help, which I really appreciated. The place was super clean, tidy, and in a lovely area. I felt totally comfortable the whole time. Would definitely stay here again! 🥰

Perfect stay in a lovely home and neighbourhood. Hosts were fantastic, very welcoming and quick to communicate. 20 min train to the city, lovely bakery nearby. The place itself is spacious, clean, and 2 bedrooms was a plus. Would highly recommend and I'll certainly be staying here again on my next trip to Munich.

I love Christel’s cozy apartment very much. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet is easy to reach the main train station by metro. The room includes all what you need for a short stay. Christel provided me with very detailed instructions for check in and check out and is always very responsive to my questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

The stay was excellent, everything exactly as described. Everything is very clean, also bathroom in the best condition and perfectly usable. Very good private atmosphere, on a stressful day, the AirBnB accommodation offers a good opportunity to unwind. Sometimes it was a little difficult to search/find a parking space when using the car, but it worked out; otherwise, no problems at all.

Great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s just a short walk to the metro station, and it takes about 30 minutes to reach the city center. There’s also a big Rewe supermarket nearby, which was super convenient. The host was friendly and responsive — highly recommend!

Christine welcomed us kindly and despite the limitation of our language she did her best to inform us and that we felt comfortable. We were looking forward to our inquiries and needs. He was very kind and made our stay very pleasant. The accommodation is very well connected to the means of transport, with a bus stop at the door that allowed us to connect with the train and the metro.
