We are above the famous Trabocco Turchino and very close to the Via Verde, a fabulous cycling path, where you can find bars, restaurants, and typical small coves

A charming and well-kept apartment of about 35 square meters located in the heart of the village of Termoli. Ideal for couples, small families, and single travelers. The accommodation is behind the cathedral, the beach can be reached in five minutes. The city center, restaurants, shops, pedestrian area can be reached in just 2 minutes. The famous narrow alley "REJECELLE", the Swabian castle, the trabucco and the wall, where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets, are all nearby.

Magia d'Estate Apartment

My apartment is located at the gates of Sulmona's historic center, close to the municipal gardens. Although it is a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car right up to the door and it is easy to find parking, both paid and free. The accommodation is on one level, on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, consolidated in 2015 and renovated in 2024. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.

"The heart of the Borgo"

The house, located in the historic heart of Termoli. Inside you will find a small bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV with Netflix! At the entrance, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, minibar, and a part set up only for breakfast with a capsule coffee machine, a juicer and a kettle for tea. There is also a comfortable single bed and a sofa bed.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

The structure is located on the fourth floor (top apartment) without an elevator, but the breathtaking view of the Adriatic coast from the spacious terrace will surely make the climb up the stairs a very pleasant experience. The apartment has been recently renovated to provide guests with a comfortable, modern, and welcoming environment.
