This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

I huset finns även 1 sovrum och 1 WC. Wifi finns. På gården finns en separat bastu med dusch och WC. I området finns flera badstränder, grillplatser och fina skogsstigar. Vintertid finns skidspår på sjön och en isvak för vinterbad . En idyll endast cirka 10 minuters bilfärd från Umeå.
