A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. Välkomna att hyra vårt nya hus i Borgafjäll. En pärla till fjäll & skidort! Stugan ligger på Klöverbackens stugområde vid foten av Klöverfjället. Stugan rymmer åtta personer, har magisk utsikt och fina materialval. Stort kombinerat kök - vardagsrum med braskamin. Bastu. Ute på tomten en liten porlande fjällbäck och grillplats. Vandring och skidåkning runt knuten och endast fem minuter med bil till byn, Borga skicenter och backarna. Fiber samt laddare för elbil. Pälsdjur ej tillåtna!
