Lovely family place, open spaces overlooking the 18th century mill. Well equipped kitchen, a paradise for cooking! Sauna and access to small swimming area, rowing boat and 4 canoes (Canadian). Large deck, 2 barbecues. Small football field with 2 goals. Large trampoline (without net), ping pong table, proximity to berry and mushroom forest. 5 km to golf course, possibility to borrow golf clubs, 2 people. Wifi, two TV corners. A new Villa Sanda. This house is located high overlooking Lake Mälaren and the area's beach to which you have access. Large plot with large terraces around the whole house, Spa, Orangeri here there is also a sauna. The house is 200 sqm and has a large terrace with lovely evening sun and a view of the water, directly from the kitchen and 2 balconies. Strängnäs Centrum about 10 - 15 minutes away. Large living room that is open to the kitchen with brilliant views towards the water. Absolutely the best option, most welcome.

Beautiful holiday house with own boat near lake!

Only about 200 meters from lake Skundern, we find this cozy red cottage of approximately 40 sqm. It has a large sun terrace where you can enjoy life and then head down to the lake where a rowing boat can be used. The house is situated on a large plot with a private entrance and views over fields and meadows. The distance to Stockholm is around 110km and Nyköping about 50km (Skavsta Airport). So you are close to everything and have the opportunity for everything from recreation to explorations!

Ekbacka Lake house - Cabin with lake view

Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende i ett härligt öppet och soligt läge. Huset är modernt, bara 4 år gammalt och har de mesta bekvämligheterna. En nybyggt vedeldat bastuhus med plats för 8 personer och en stor relax, en soluppvärmd dusch, bara några steg bort. 8 st cyklar, 3-5 växlade, i gott bruksskick. 8 hjälmar Vi har sammanställt i vår folder, diverse promenad/cykel vägar i vår närhet Nära till butik, mindre stad och endast 1 timme till Stockholm med bil eller tåg
