Welcome to Ängslyckan! The house has a large plot of land with an adjacent soccer field. 300 meters down to the jetty on Lake Mälaren. Glass-enclosed patio and large deck with seating area and sun lounger. The sun shines here all day. Next to the playpen is the playhouse with a 120-cm bed and toys. On the property, there is a swing for friends, as well as apple and cherry trees. Rowboat access in the summer for a lovely day on the lake. About 2–3 kilometers (1.2–1.9 miles) away is Sandviksbadet, which has a sandy beach. Approximately 20 km (12 miles) to Ica Maxi in Eskilstuna.

The house has been upgraded with a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with preserved details such as a wood stove. Washing machine, dryer, and underfloor heating are also available. At the back, there is a large sunny patio with outdoor furniture and access to a barbecue. Forest, and trails for both cycling and hiking start at the property line. The nearest store is about 2 km from the accommodation.

The 1812 wing building has been carefully restored to recreate the feeling of the building period with typical colors, textiles and furniture. 140 sqm are at your disposal. Welcome to a farm with a fresh and comfortable house dating from 1892. Beautifully located in the Örsundaån valley with forest, fields and very nice surroundings.
