A breath of fresh air less than: 50 minutes from Grenoble, 1 hr 50 minutes from Lyon, 1 hr 30 minutes from Valence.

Vous atteindrez (sans véhicule) en dix minutes le village avec ses commerces et en quinze minutes ses multiples aménagements (centre aquatique, patinoire, espace de remise en forme, bowling, cinéma, bibliothèque…).

The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is present!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!
