Smaller farmhouse 45 sqm 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and combined kitchen/living room with TV on small horse farm with all amenities. Sheets and towels and some coffee are included. 1.5 km from E 12 in the village with Sweden the second longest bear calle. Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are on the farm but the farmhouse is hypoallergenic, no animals stay there. Internet via wifi for video calls available.

Farmhouse of 30 square meters right by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. The guest has the whole house at their disposal. The house houses integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 WC. Wifi is available. On the farm there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice guard for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Cheerful guest house by the lake beach

Here you live calmly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Entire house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super-fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed available in the form of a nice slept mattress to lay on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also houses a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full size beds 80x200cm and an extra bed spring mattress 80x200cm, with mattress topper.

We have stayed only one night but we enjoyed it there very much. The place is perfectly placed next to a lake with magnificent view. I must highlight the bedroom view because waking up and seeing the light reflecting on the water was just breathtaking ! On the other hand, sauna wasn’t as what we expected, but considering the placement we have no negative remarks. Also, a big thanks to the hosts for letting us arrive before the check in, and welcoming us with a sweet treat after our hike. 😊

We were happy with the accommodation during our beaver hunting stay. The cottage is nicely located on the beautiful Vindelälven beach.

Our stay in Ladan exceeded our expectations, not only because everything you could need was there (from a waffle iron to a hammock). Many of the pictures give you something to dream about, but once you have experienced the lake, the sauna and the lovely atmosphere in and around Ladan, you notice that someone has thought about what contributed to satisfaction and relaxation. Malin and David have put a lot of thought into it and that makes it even more valuable. On top of that, the two of them have a feeling for how you travel on holiday, what or which tips you might need and they will take every idea with them or even develop it further! We will be drawing on the mixture of peace, adventure and interpersonal relationships for a long time to come and wish everyone a holiday like this! Thank you very much for this opportunity! Super nice people. They made things as simple as could be and were super helpful. we had car troubles and they help us out twice. They also offered us to return the skiing gear we borrowed in town so that we could have some time skiing. Really nice people with a beautiful home. Can only recommend.
