THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Newly renovated holiday home right next to Lake Örlen. Around the house runs a large terrace where there are several places to sit down to follow the sun around the house. Towards the lake, there is a hot tub, outdoor shower, lounge sofas, sun loungers and a dining area. There's room for everyone here! Interior renovated in a modern style. Open-plan kitchen and living room with dining area, wine cooler, fireplace and several seating areas. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. "Cabin by the water" Here you stay 10 meters from the water with a private jetty and panoramic views. An area close to nature with good opportunities for fishing and nature experiences. The property consists of 2 smaller cottages, both with a patio facing the water (incl. outdoor furniture) Wonderful nature, mushrooms and berry fields right on your doorstep! Rowboat for hire. NOTE: Cleaning is not included! The house should be left in the same condition as upon arrival, otherwise a cleaning fee will be added. NOTE: Bed linen and towels are not included.

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).
