Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Vamvakopoulo

Loved our stay at Elies Place. It’s in a great location for the beach but far enough not to have disturbance from the busy promenade. Silver was a brilliant help, nothing was too much and she really made our stay better. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It is a minute away from a bakery and two minutes from a supermarket. The local people were so friendly and spoke to us every morning. The old town is an easy 15-20 minute stroll where there are better restaurants but significantly more expensive. The beach and facilities are great also. Would recommend staying at Elies Place if you’re looking for value for money and great location.

Excellent location, wonderful host and the amenities are as described. Litsa was so welcoming, gave us homemade bread/cake and also shared homemade lasagne with us. she also offered some toys for our little one and beach towels for us during our stay. highly recommend for the experience and location as restaurants and old town are a very short walk away. koum kapi beach is a 5 min walk as well. couldn't recommend enough..

Was a really beautiful apartment, so peaceful.

Great flat, all you need is there and is perfectly located in the city to do everything by foot. Perfect parking slot as well.

Andreas was a friendly and responsive host who answered our questions promptly. The flat was well equipped and in an excellent location very close to the old town. We would definitely stay again when next back in Chania!

What a comfortable stay we had at Judy and Mike’s beautiful Apartment Francesca! Suited our needs very well indeed. Fabulous location & views. Loved the private patio and relaxing by the pool. Judy and Mike are indeed ‘Super Hosts’, nothing was too much trouble. Recommended some fabulous taverna’s. It was a pleasure meeting them and their lovely dogs! Why we loved the location: Plenty of walks from the doorstep. Vamos only a short distance with excellent taverna’s and a great coffee shop next to the tourist office in Vamos Old Town. A short drive to Kalives which has a beautiful beach and seafood taverna’s on the beach front. Look forward to our return and would love to stay longer next time! Great experience!! We stayed at this wonderful Airbnb and our expectations were really exceeded. The space was sparkling clean, comfortable and very well cared for – but what really made the difference was the staff. From the first moment, they welcomed us with kindness, a smile and authentic hospitality. They were always available for whatever we needed, willing to help with joy and good humor. You didn't just feel like a guest – you felt like a guest! The sense of warmth and respect they showed us made our stay truly memorable. Such service is rare and deserves to be recognized. An absolutely flawless stay! The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They truly thought of everything – every practical need was anticipated and provided for. Maria's place was wonderful! It perfectly suited all our needs: a designated car parking space; quick and easy access to both Chania old town and the motorway (making west coast beaches very reachable); privacy (with your own outside area); seperate air-con in the bedroom and the living space; all the amenities you might need (washing machine and hair dryer) and even unexpected extras like Maria's homemade hot pizza, chocolate treats, sweets and raki that were waiting for us after our late flight in! We immediately felt welcome! 💙 Maria herself was so warm and caring. She was always on the end of a message if we ever had any questions or needed recommendations, and she even dropped off fresh vegetables from her garden for us to enjoy. She really went above and beyond our expectations! 🩵 This is a gem and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting beautiful Chania.

Everything described and shown of this property is undervaluing its delight. This is beautifully and perfectly placed in Chania. It has everything you need within the property, whether there's 1 or 5 staying. There's lots of do within easy walking distance, including the delicious Periplous restaurant down the road, the sea opposite, and that view!! --- blissfully divine perks of the location Antonis and Nikos are so helpful and considerate. From my welcoming arrival, it was a serene joy and so simply perfect I could live there. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for hosting. Είναι όμορφο

Konstantinos’s place is perfect. The location is beautiful and only a short drive to some of best beaches we have ever been to. The pool is so lovely and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. I have never had a shower with such a good view! I wouldn’t change a thing and would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful stay! The location is incredible. It’s in a beautiful area with historic alleyways, very walkable but not right next to bars so it’s not very loud at night. There is some noise at night as people are walking home and sit outside, but nothing that prevented us from sleeping well. The space was very clean and perfect for our stay. Michalis was a wonderful host and made us feel very comfortable and took care of everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

A great place to stay located in a pedestrian street easy to walk into the town centre or to the harbour where there are lots of great restaurants and bars. On street parking not so easy with some streets charging by the hour. Other public car parks are available fairly close by. Some charge, some dont.

We stayed at Evi's home for four nights in early June. It was a perfect spot for my wife and I and our two teenagers. Everything is brand new and operates to perfection. The location is just perfect in old town within walking distance of absolutely everything. And even though it was bustling outside in the town, the home was very quiet at night. We found Evi to be incredibly responsive and the perfect host, making many great suggestions that made our trip to Chania even better. I would highly recommend this home. Chania is a very lovely town with amazing cuisine. And with so many great excursions to be had just outside of the town as well. Highly recommend it all. Thank you, Evi.

Perfect place to stay while in Chania and exploring Crete. Close to everything but on a charming quiet street tucked away from the noise and crowds. Next to some of the best restaurants in town. Apartment was private, spacious and very clean. AC worked great. WiFi was ok. One thing to note is stairs are steep and second bedroom is accessible through the first bedroom, up another flight of stairs and , detached and on the rooftop space with a nice seating area and hot tub. Everything was great though and would highly recommend!

A Slice of Heaven in Crete. Our stay in this beautifully designed home was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by peaceful olive groves and bathed in Cretan sunshine, every moment felt serene and special. The sweet little pool was the perfect place to unwind, and the home itself was as stunning as it was comfortable. The hosts were warm, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcome. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already planning our return.

If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would definitely do it. Mary and her husband welcomed us very warm and we could really see, that they did everything to make us feel comfortable. The apartment made the Chania experience even better and if we ever come back we will be glad to rent it again! We can only recommend it. They really didn’t promise too much, when they told us that the view from the apartment is MAGICAL!

Had a lovely stay at Elina's beautiful home. Town is just walking distance away, and there are plenty of restaurants around the area - close to the bus station too! Apartment is spacious, and has all the amenities you might need; Elina was a great host, and gave many helpful recommendations of what to do and see around the area. Would definitely stay again - thank you!

The apartment, its location, and the hosts’ hospitality are simply impressive. The room had everything we needed - even sun hats, beach towels, and slippers. A separate crib was provided for our son. The apartment also came with a juicer, toaster, coffee machine, coffee, tea, and plenty of food. However, the place is better suited for couples without small children. Our 1-year-4-month-old son constantly wanted to go up and down the stairs (which isn’t very safe) or out onto the balcony. Still, he managed to enjoy the beautiful views and woke up saying ‘wooow.’ 😁 The water at the beach is perfect for small children and peaceful relaxation. We had a wonderful vacation! Nearby, we discovered a lovely restaurant called Halepa with incredible sunsets and delicious seafood - highly recommended.

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.

We drove a hired car & arrived in the dark so it was a little bit tricky finding the address at first but once we found the apartments it was very easy to get in. It would have been no problem in the daylight. We were very pleased to find such a welcoming home from home. Nikos contacted us to make sure we were ok and was always quick to answer our questions. Nikos and Theano are excellent hosts who have thought of everything that you might need for your stay. They left wine & drinks in the fridge and fruit & cookies, which was much appreciated! The apartment is conveniently located in a good neighbourhood, just a 15 minute or so walk to the old town and harbour and parking is easy although maybe not always right outside, usually just a little way down the street. On a Wednesday there is a wonderful fruit & veg market in the next street, which is worth looking at to see all the local farmer's fresh produce. We enjoyed our stay here & would definitely recommend it.
