Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Vamvakopoulo

Litsa kindly waited for me in the evening even though my flight was late. She showed me the apartment and I got the key. The apartment was clean and a good size. I got help from Litsa in planning my holiday and ordering a taxi. The Koum Kapi area was wonderfully peaceful, but interesting. The only downside was that the noise from the other rental apartment behind the wall was loud. Fortunately, the tenants understood this and quieted their noise. I enjoyed my visit.

Great flat, all you need is there and is perfectly located in the city to do everything by foot. Perfect parking slot as well.

Andreas was a friendly and responsive host who answered our questions promptly. The flat was well equipped and in an excellent location very close to the old town. We would definitely stay again when next back in Chania!

What a comfortable stay we had at Judy and Mike’s beautiful Apartment Francesca! Suited our needs very well indeed. Fabulous location & views. Loved the private patio and relaxing by the pool. Judy and Mike are indeed ‘Super Hosts’, nothing was too much trouble. Recommended some fabulous taverna’s. It was a pleasure meeting them and their lovely dogs! Why we loved the location: Plenty of walks from the doorstep. Vamos only a short distance with excellent taverna’s and a great coffee shop next to the tourist office in Vamos Old Town. A short drive to Kalives which has a beautiful beach and seafood taverna’s on the beach front. Look forward to our return and would love to stay longer next time! The space was sparkling clean, comfortable and very well cared for – but what really made the difference was the staff. From the first moment, they welcomed us with kindness, a smile and authentic hospitality. They were always available for whatever we needed, willing to help with joy and good humor. You didn't just feel like a guest – you felt like a guest! The sense of warmth and respect they showed us made our stay truly memorable. Such service is rare and deserves to be recognized. Maria's place was wonderful! It perfectly suited all our needs: a designated car parking space; quick and easy access to both Chania old town and the motorway (making west coast beaches very reachable); privacy (with your own outside area); seperate air-con in the bedroom and the living space; all the amenities you might need (washing machine and hair dryer) and even unexpected extras like Maria's homemade hot pizza, chocolate treats, sweets and raki that were waiting for us after our late flight in! We immediately felt welcome! 💙 Maria herself was so warm and caring. She was always on the end of a message if we ever had any questions or needed recommendations, and she even dropped off fresh vegetables from her garden for us to enjoy. She really went above and beyond our expectations! 🩵 This is a gem and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting beautiful Chania.

We had a lovely week in Crete. The accommodation was beautifully presented with great amenities. The perfect balance of the privacy of your own villa with the benefits of a small resort. Poppy and Alexandros were extremely helpful and accommodating - thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything described and shown of this property is undervaluing its delight. This is beautifully and perfectly placed in Chania. It has everything you need within the property, whether there's 1 or 5 staying. There's lots of do within easy walking distance, including the delicious Periplous restaurant down the road, the sea opposite, and that view!! --- blissfully divine perks of the location Antonis and Nikos are so helpful and considerate. From my welcoming arrival, it was a serene joy and so simply perfect I could live there. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for hosting. Είναι όμορφο

Wonderful place to stay in Chania! Super convenient location, very nice and comfortable place with everything we needed. We did a lot of road trips so it was especially nice to have such an easy and convenient parking spot! I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Chania!

Konstantinos’s place is perfect. The location is beautiful and only a short drive to some of best beaches we have ever been to. The pool is so lovely and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. I have never had a shower with such a good view! I wouldn’t change a thing and would recommend to anyone.

the most special airbnb i have ever stayed in. the place is exactly as you see in the pictures, a two story loft with a nice terrace, beautifully decorated. the location is also great, with a small beach right in front, lots of good restaurants ( a couple of great ones) but without the neighborhood being to loud or crowded. its also walking distance to the loud old town.

We had a fantastic stay in Michalis's lovely corner suite. It was cozy, unique, and had everything we needed, plus nice extras like a washer, a second bathroom and street parking (just do an extra lap around the block). The location was ideal, with traditional windows opening to a garden and ruins, and it was a short walk to everything while being away from the Old City crowds. Michalis was an amazing host—very responsive, provided great local tips, and even took time to offer us coffee and chat. He’s definitely one of the best hosts I've ever met. I highly recommend this place and a stay with Michalis!!

We stayed at Evi's home for four nights in early June. It was a perfect spot for my wife and I and our two teenagers. Everything is brand new and operates to perfection. The location is just perfect in old town within walking distance of absolutely everything. And even though it was bustling outside in the town, the home was very quiet at night. We found Evi to be incredibly responsive and the perfect host, making many great suggestions that made our trip to Chania even better. I would highly recommend this home. Chania is a very lovely town with amazing cuisine. And with so many great excursions to be had just outside of the town as well. Highly recommend it all. Thank you, Evi.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Mary and Christos’ place. Out of all of the Airbnb’s we have stayed at, this was the most carefully thought out, with every room in the house being well equipped for your needs. It’s new, immaculately clean, and is centrally located, with an amazing view. As hosts, Mary and Christos had many great local recommendations and were very responsive and proactive with communication. Thank you Mary and Christos, you both exude and exemplify the essence of Greek hospitality.

Had a lovely stay at Elina's beautiful home. Town is just walking distance away, and there are plenty of restaurants around the area - close to the bus station too! Apartment is spacious, and has all the amenities you might need; Elina was a great host, and gave many helpful recommendations of what to do and see around the area. Would definitely stay again - thank you!

The apartment, its location, and the hosts’ hospitality are simply impressive. The room had everything we needed - even sun hats, beach towels, and slippers. A separate crib was provided for our son. The apartment also came with a juicer, toaster, coffee machine, coffee, tea, and plenty of food. However, the place is better suited for couples without small children. Our 1-year-4-month-old son constantly wanted to go up and down the stairs (which isn’t very safe) or out onto the balcony. Still, he managed to enjoy the beautiful views and woke up saying ‘wooow.’ 😁 The water at the beach is perfect for small children and peaceful relaxation. We had a wonderful vacation! Nearby, we discovered a lovely restaurant called Halepa with incredible sunsets and delicious seafood - highly recommended.

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.

The place is in the center of everything you would want to do. Would book again.
