Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Absolutely beautiful Villa, super modern and brand new. 5-10 minutes walk to bars, restaurants and beach. Giorgos the host was extremely helpful, and quick to respond. Villa was cleaned twice whilst we were there which we didn’t expect. Will definitely return! Thank you!

Anastasia was a lovely host and was very helpful throughout our trip! We came in the middle of a sandstorm, and she even had the pool cleaned for us after the storm. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Chania!

Andreas could not have been more helpful. We truly enjoyed our experience. The Villa was very well appointed and perfectly located in Agia Marina. We had peaceful sleep and it was good to spend time relaxing by the pool. We will return in the future. The food locally was exceptional and a couple of evenings in Chania well worth the short trip. Petros place was amazing, the pool and the space was great for our family holiday. Very responsive and friendly, Petros made us feel right at home. The AC works but can be a bit difficult to work out, took us a few nights of trial and error to get to that sweet spot. Chania and the region is truly beautiful and Petros place is the perfect one for your Crete holidays. Definitely recommend

Incredible villa! Gorgeous view, peaceful and private. Great architecture and interior design. The host was generous to greet us on arrival, and even stocked the fridge!

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. The views were absolutely stunning and truly one of the best parts of the stay. The flat was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a large, functional kitchen and very comfortable beds, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay — they replied quickly to messages, provided great local recommendations, and even replaced some chipped pans right away when we brought it up, which we really appreciated. While we enjoyed our stay overall, it’s worth noting that the apartment is a bit more dated than it appears in the photos. It could also benefit from a more thorough cleaning in certain areas — for example, the dishwasher filter needed attention, a few shower heads were clogged, and the window nets and grooves could use a deeper clean. That said, the comfort, views, and responsive hosts made for a great experience, and with a little extra maintenance

Just got back from this AMAZING VILLA... Lovely pool and garden area. Immaculate and well-equipped throughout, super comfortable beds, everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Our flight didn’t get in till very late, Antonis and Anna had left us a delicious homemade Greek pastitsio along with welcome essentials, such as milk, bread, eggs, fresh fruit etc. So thoughtful. The Villa is a 10 -15 minute drive away from both Chania town and some beautiful sandy beaches. A visit to the local taverna “Anitkristo” is a must, it’s a 10-minute walk and easily the best meals we had in Chania. A wonderful holiday home.. we loved it.

We had a fabulous stay here. The villa is lovely, inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen, including food staples and a variety of different seating areas outside. The pool is great and the beach is virtually on the doorstep, with free sunbeds (if you buy at least a drink from the local taverna). In terms of local amenities, there is a small shop and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes walk, plus a small hotel complex, where you can also eat and visit their bar. There are 2 larger supermarkets within a couple of kilometres, for which you would either need a car or taxi, however the hosts were kind enough to ferry us there and back, when we first arrived, which was so helpful. Chania Old Town is beautiful and we travelled there on a couple of occasions by taxi (28E) in the evening, but you can also take a bus which stops near to the villa. Finally, the hosts, Eleni and Thrasyvoulos were lovely, regularly checking in without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

This place is a treasure. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The house has many clever features that are well designed. The area around Almyrida is fun to explore--go down to the beach or on a hike along the coast. Almyrida is a cute beach town, very welcoming. And we did several further from the town adventures. We had no idea that Crete has so much to offer--pottery in Margarites, beautiful beaches, intense hikes, exceptional museums, exploring Hania's historic streets. The property management team were wonderful to interact with. We felt so fortunate to find such a gem. Thank you!!! We sure hope we can return.

A lovely villa - looked exactly like the photos. We were a family of 8 adults and 2 small children and there was room for all of us. Kitchen was big enough with every utensil (and more) you could think of. Our host was there to greet us and was always responsive when needed ( 2 small issues both quickly resolved). A lovely welcome basket of food/drink etc was a nice touch. I would not say a car is essential - its less than 10 mins walk to several lovely restaurants and a nice little beach. However the nearest proper supermarket is 30-40 mins walk although its only a 10 euro taxi back and youll save more than that as the local shop (2 mins down the hill) is only really any good for fresh bread and emergency supplies! The outside/pool area in villa was roomy and the inside hot tub/sauna were well used. My only advice would be to have some sun loungers on the terrace outside main bedroom as that did seem wasted space although lovely views of the mountains and the sea. We would stay again.

Nikos’s team was incredibly hospitable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. They were extremely communicative and helpful in getting our party around the island. We would love to stay at one of Nikos’s properties again and highly recommend their services to any looking for accommodation on Crete.

Nektaria and Niko’s’ hospitality is unmatched! They are such lovely and delightful people and made all of our family feel right at home from the moment we met them. The views and home are one of a kind! Such a special place my family will always remember. Absolutely would recommend to anyone visiting Crete and hope to be back again! :)

Our stay at HotelPraxis was incredible and Polimnia was the most gracious host I have experienced in my 10 years in Airbnb. She was close by but never intrusive, left snacks, fruits and water in the fridge, dropped eggs off, recommended restaurants and incredibly, made baked goods of some traditional Greek treats that were so delicious. My family was overwhelmed by the beauty and privacy of the Blue Lake Villa. And the home is lovely, fluffy towels, great water pressure, comfortable beds. What a treat! We will definitely return! I highly recommend.

The stay at the villa was simply terrific. Giannis and Christina are very good and friendly hosts. Starting with the flexible check-in due to our flight delay to the friendly briefing and the small attentions in the fridge. You'll feel comfortable here from the first minute. The villa is super cozy and the outdoor area simply tops everything we've had so far. Very clean, super nice and an extremely large pool. Here you can even swim properly and have the opportunity to experience the sunset directly from the terrace. We would come back here anytime. Thank you

Loved our stay in this remote villa. Amazing views with sunsets from the pool. Beds were very comfortable with quality linens and towels. Nice having the pool heated! House is remote so bring all the food needed. Rather close to Elifonisi beach which was well worth the 20 minute drive. Driving is not for the faint of heart of heart. Many tavernas in the area within 15 minutes drive. Would stay again. Thank you Theoni!

we spent a week in this villa. It is perfectly equipped, clean, modern. The heated and large pool is very nice. It is 10 minutes from Kissamos. The host was very helpful and responsive from the beginning to the end of the stay.

We had a lovely week at Anna’s place. It was our first family holiday and a great place to enjoy some time together. The space is modern, clean and light. The outside areas are spacious and although the pools were a little chilly (we visited in October), we spent lots of time outside. The roof terrace has wonderful views. The villa is walking distance to lovely restaurants with sea views, a park with children’s play area, beaches and supermarkets - we didn’t need a car at all! Anna went above and beyond to help us during our stay!

Discovering Crete for the first time and being able to relax in this villa is something truly exceptional. The panoramic view is breathtaking! I highly recommend this accommodation to enjoy the peace, the pool, the view, and all the nearby places! We had a wonderful stay at The Villa Oasis in Galatas. The peaceful setting among olive groves with mountain views was the perfect escape just outside Chania. The hosts, Giorgos and Stelios, were incredibly kind and always responsive — even during an unexpected storm, they made sure to start the clean up of the outdoor space quickly so we could enjoy the space again. We arrived to a generous welcome of homemade spinach pie, chocolate cake, fruit and even some raki. The house was friendly and equipped for us to easily cook simple meals and we loved barbecuing outdoors and relaxing by the pool. They provided great recommendations both nearby and around the island as this was a great jumping off point for all our activities. A perfect spot for a quiet family getaway that’s still close to everything!
