Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Valverde

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Muy linda casa, todo lo que se necesita y mas, Rosario penso en todo para que el huésped se sienta como en casa, hace mucho tiempo que no tengo una tan linda experiencia por airbnb, muy personal, amical y humana. Gracias

Amamos hospedarnos en la casa de Victor! Todo el espacio estaba perfectamente adecuado para recibirnos a mi familia y a mi... Te sentirás muy cómodo si decides quedarte aquí, Laura y Victor fueron muy atentos al responder nuestras dudas y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos cuando se los pedimos.

Estuve en casa de Carlos con unos amigos y solo puedo decir que un 15 de 10. Carlos en todo momento estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y nuestras necesidades. La casa estaba impecable y con todas las comodidades que alguien pudiera necesitar, además, Carlos nos dejó algunos amenities de bienvenida los cuales son de agradecer. Nada más llegar, también nos explicó cómo movernos por el barrio y nos dejó un mapa con restaurante y lugares de interés. Sin lugar a dudas, de las mejores casas en la que me he hospedado y que, esperamos poder repetir en el futuro :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

local a 25 min do centro. casa super arrumada, boa tv, bons colchões. Juan foi sempre muito simpático e prestável. Recomendo bastante 👌

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

El apartamento es perfecto, comodo y muy bonito, decorado con mucho gusto. Lo único que cambiaría es el tamaño de la cama de matrimonio.

Fue como llegar a la casa de huéspedes de un familiar. Nuestro vuelo llegaba muy temprano por la mañana y Cristina nos permitió dejar el equipaje antes de la hora y también entrar al Airbnb que estaba disponible. El tiempo de respuesta a los mensajes es casi inmediato. Cristina es muy agradable y amable, al igual que su hijo al que conocimos cuando estaba de visita y nos ayudó en una ocasión a prender el televisor. Única vez que tuvimos que contactarla porque el televisor no encendía y en menos de 10 min. ya lo habían arreglado. Los detalles de Cristina son excelentes, nos recibió con una botella de vino y pequeño snack, una botella de agua en el refrigerador (aún cuando nos informa que el agua del grifo es potable), hay secadora de pelo en el baño, cepillo y algunos toiletries. La estación del metro está relativamente cerca, son 2 o 3 cuadras. En ese trayecto hay 2 supermercados, 1 tienda de abarrotes, 1 o 2 bares y algo de comercio. Un lindo parque atrás de la casa.

In summary, really excellent. Great location - the apartment is in a quiet street overlooking a pretty square but it’s close enough to everything we wanted to see. We walked to all the major sites/museums/bars/markets in Madrid. The apartment was both spotless and also homely (because it is a home not just a holiday rental). It is really spacious and had lots of little touches that made us smile. Everything worked and was easy to use. We loved it. Eyal was very helpful and even had a blog with recommendations of places to eat, shop etc. Would recommend wholeheartedly and intend to return.

Estancia maravillosa en esta casa ubicada dentro de una finca rural. Fui con mi novia para una escapada romántica y el lugar era perfecto. Es cierto que son dos plantas y dos alojamientos, y por consiguiente puedes tener vecinos, y también es cierto que el guardés de la finca vive a unos 50 metros; pero en ningún momento sentí invadida mi intimidad. Los muebles y la decoración son preciosos y en excelente estado. El entorno es muy bonito, plena naturaleza. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetirla.

I loved the appartment. Two bathrooms were great as I needed to get up earlier. The living room and the kitchen are very well equipped and the balcony is great to relax in the morning in the sun. When I am coming again to Madrid I will for sure try to get this gorgeous appartment.

Je recommande ce logement nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez manuelle. Il parle Français et nous conseille si besoin.

We enjoyed the neighborhood…residential area (so we felt part of the neighborhood) and in easy walking distance to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, fun shops, coffee bars, many museums, the Royal Conservatory of Music (free student performances!).

Perfecto para pasar unos días o largas temporadas en madrid, todo muy limpio, Gema estuvo pendiente en todo momento, tuvimos un pequeño problema con el tv, pero se soluciono rapidísimo, en unos minutos vino una chica muy amable que nos ayudo. Por poner una pega, aconsejo poner un secador un poco mejor, habia dos pequeños de viaje, uno no funcionaba, y el otro tenia la parte trasera rota, asi que corrias el riesgo de que se te enredara el pelo, y tampoco funcionaba muy bien, he de decir que no se lo comunique a la anfitriona. Zona muy tranquila, a pocos pasos de centro comercial plenilunio, con estacionamiento muy amplio y fácil de aparcar. Me ha gustado todo en general, seguro repetiremos.

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

El piso nos ha encantado. Muy limpio, bien equipado, y con una gran vista. Ademas, muy amplio para ser 1 dormitorio. Angelica ha sido super amable con nosotros desde nuestra llegada, y hasta nos ha dejado una bañera para la peque. Mas que recomendable para pasar unos dias en Madrid.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!
