We spent one night and the stay was very good. Everything was tidy and clean and we felt right at home. Both Ricardo and Karina responded quickly and were attentive to us. They helped us find our way around by public transportation. Definitely a good stay to repeat!!

From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.

The place is very good, it has several supermarkets less than 5 minutes away that open until late, a shopping center at the exit with a movie theater, restaurants... The accommodation is spacious, large as described, several services, impeccable, clean, equipped, three air conditioners for heat and cold. None of a complaint. And the host Williams, the concierge, was always available and very polite. Thank you!!
