This 60 m² loft accommodates up to 4 guests and includes a 150 x 190 cm bed and a spacious double sofa bed. Bright, spacious, and fully equipped, it is perfect for both short getaways and longer stays. We have prepared the space with everything necessary to ensure a worry-free experience, whether you’re in the city for work, renovating your home, searching for long-term accommodation, or simply enjoying a well-deserved holiday. We will be delighted to host you for as long as you need. The loft is divided into two main areas across two floors: • Lower floor: You’ll find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a cozy living room. The kitchen includes a standard-size refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, two-burner ceramic hob, toaster, Italian coffee maker, and cupboards stocked with tableware, cutlery, pots, pans, and all essential kitchen utensils. • Upper floor: The bedroom and bathroom are located here. The bedroom features a 150 x 190 cm bed and a double wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials for your comfort. During your stay, we provide bed linen, one bath towel per guest, a bath mat, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper. The loft also includes Wi-Fi, Smart TV, heating, air conditioning, underground parking, paddle tennis court, seasonal swimming pool, green areas, and a fantastic location surrounded by cafés and restaurants. Everything is thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable, functional, and enjoyable stay.

Ideal for short or long stays, it is brand new, and has all the amenities you could want. It has a lock and electric blinds for added comfort, as well as new quality appliances, Wi-Fi, and 2 Xiaomi LED smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. It consists of a room with an en-suite bathroom, a living-dining room with a kitchenette, and a sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 2 people). Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
