Apartment vacation rentals in Valverde

Maria Teresa ha sido muy atenta y encantadora. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cómodo. Un punto extra es todo el aparcamiento gratuito que hay en las inmediaciones, bares, farmacia etc.. La cama muy cómoda. Sin duda volveremos.

The apartment was new, modern and pleasant to live in with all the necessary equipment. It would possibly be a bit small for stays of several months, but we stayed 3 weeks and this was perfect. We worked at ICMAT by Universitad Autonoma de Madrid and living in Chamartin was perfect for us: close to the working plave (two train stops) and close to the center of Madird (2 or 3 train stops). The Chamartin area is also quite pleasant, close to a couple of parks were we could go to walk or run in the early morning and close to a good selection of restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful and productive time, thank you for the hospitality.

Carlos was proactive from the get go. The apartment very clean and the location was excellent, very close to the Castellana, with good access to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed are stay at Carlos’ property and he was extremely responsive. We highly recommend his place.

Cristhian foi muito solícito conosco, ficamos uma semana, tivemos algumas solicitações extras por conta da nossa bebê, e ele foi muito atencioso em nos ajudar e flexibilizar. O apartamento é bom e tem o necessário para uma boa estadia.

My wife and I stayed for two weeks and it was an extremely enjoyable experience. The late check-in was a little inconvenient only because of how early our flight arrived. But our host was extremely accommodating and worked to make sure we could leave our luggage early, and ultimately worked with the cleaning service to get us into the apartment a couple hours earlier than anticipated. The apartment itself is extremely convenient with lots of amenities within short walking distance including the Metro. Overall, we would absolutely stay there again on our next visit to Madrid!

I had a wonderful stay at Felipe’s place. The location was perfect, close to the center yet surprisingly peaceful. The apartment itself is lovely, with a beautiful garden in the back that made it feel like a hidden retreat. Also, Felipe has filled the space with unique and inspiring pieces, it added such a special touch to the experience! I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, creative, and relaxing stay.

El apartamento es excelente y los aportes de Yiftach y su colaboradora lo hicieron todo mejor y más fácil . El alojamiento brinda todo lo esperado ya que se trata de artefactos nuevos en perfecto funcionamiento . El agua , su presión son excelentes. El equipamiento es completo . La ubicación no puede ser mejor , en pleno centro pero absolutamente silencioso. Permite recorrer los principales puntos de Madrid a pie y la proximidad al Metro complementa lo anterior. Zona bulliciosa , atractiva y a la vez muy segura. . Seguramente volvería al apartamento.

Tuvimos una hermosa estancia en Madrid, gracias a el departamento y la atención de Andres que fue muy amable, hasta me fue a buscar cuando llegué cerca del alojamiento porque estaba perdida y siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. El departamento muy limpio, bien equipado y cómodo en todo sentido, a metros de el Sol, lo que nos permitió movernos con facilidad por Madrid. Sin dudas volvería alquilarlo en el próximo viaje a Madrid. Muchas gracias Andres!!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und zu Fuss sind viele Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und auch Supermärkte erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustüre und auch die Metro ist nicht weit entfernt. Trotzdem ist es ruhig, da das Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof rausgeht. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und verfügt über alles Nötige. Antonio ist sehr nett und hat immer rasch geantwortet. Wir konnten unser Gepäck vor dem Check-in deponieren und auch für unseren Wunsch nach einem zweiten Schlüssel hat er eine kulante Lösung gefunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alojarnos en el apartamento de Carlos fue genial! aguardó nuestra llegada, nos alojó y mostró todo lo que podíamos disfrutar del apartamento. Muy buenas amenidades y recomendaciones. La ubicación es fantástica, si bien la movida de gente es constante, el hecho del apartamento interno nos permitió descansar sin ruidos. A 5 minutos de puerta del sol, zona replta de sitios para comer y comprar.

Beautiful apartment right on Plaza Mayor. Well appointed, really interesting antiques and art (and furniture), just a wonderful experience, practically and aesthetically. Really just one of our favorite stays ever. We happened to be staying there during the San Isidro festival, so the square was full of people and workers erecting a giant stage (followed by lots of sound checks). Worth noting that the windows do an amazing job of blocking out the noise from the square. Practicalities: great location (although there's a half block walk from any street), near the sights and the markets and so much of the heart of Madrid. Grocery store less than a block away. Tons of great food nearby. Only downside: the apartment was so beautiful that we explored less than we would have otherwise!

We had a really good 5-night stay at Gorete’s rental, it is in a great location in the walkable Chueca neighborhood. The rental was clean and it has nice natural light. It is a good size for two people. The air conditioning and washer/dryer were handy. We appreciated that we could check-in early, and Gorete was very responsive when we had questions. She had good Madrid suggestions and guide books that we referenced often. We recommend!

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

Notre séjour dans l’appartement s’est très bien passé ! L’appartement est bien équipé, en demi sous sol ce qui permet de garder une certaine fraîcheur ! La literie est confortable et la salle de bain top (mention spéciale au jacuzzi après de longues balades !) La mini terrasse est appréciable ! Le quartier est calme tout en disposant de tout à quelques pas : supermarché, petits commerces, multiples d’arrêt de bus (la meilleure façon de se déplacer depuis l’appartement pour les sites plus touristiques !)

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Estancia maravillosa en esta casa ubicada dentro de una finca rural. Fui con mi novia para una escapada romántica y el lugar era perfecto. Es cierto que son dos plantas y dos alojamientos, y por consiguiente puedes tener vecinos, y también es cierto que el guardés de la finca vive a unos 50 metros; pero en ningún momento sentí invadida mi intimidad. Los muebles y la decoración son preciosos y en excelente estado. El entorno es muy bonito, plena naturaleza. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetirla.

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!
